The front host was very efficient and accommodating. She called to check on us once we made it to the room to make sure everything was ok. When I needed help with the TV someone came to my room immediately. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels, the pool area was nice with seating and tables. The complimentary breakfast was on point. I loved the cucumber and lemon water. I was able to use the computer and print out the kids tickets to six flags. It was in a convenient location because everywhere I traveled was near.

The beds were too firm for my taste, therefore, I wasn't really comfortable sleeping. There were a little rust on the bathroom door hinges and shower rod.

Very convenient location right in between the airport and downtown. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would say breakfast was above average for your typical continental hotel breakfast.

The area surrounding the hotel is a little confusing to navigate as there are two intersecting highways and several access ways.

The iron didn't work. I requested another one, and I was given one promptly. Still had an issue with the iron not getting hot as a traditional iron. The iron was cheap and barely got hot. This issue doesn't take away my great 2nd stay.

Front desk staff was AMAZING (Erica) was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The facility was clean, quiet, and close to the airport. I didn't get an opportunity to try the breakfast,however, the dining hall was active with guest eating, so I took it as the food was good.

The only thing I didn't like was that a tiny piece of bar soap was available at the sink in the room for washing hands. There was no liquid hand soap, which I just made a trip to Target and pick up a small bottle. Before doing so, Erica, at the front desk, went above and beyond to look for some. I really appreciated her for that. I just felt it was more sanitary to not have to use bar soap after others to wash hands. I had a few guests over.

SpringHill staff was extremely friendly from the moment you walk in. Housekeeping made sure to keep our rooms clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Just be aware as in any hotel strange man was knocking late at night I don't have a good feeling of his intentions I told staff and they checked on it quickly overall I love this hotel good breakfast as well

The receptionist was very nice the night receptionist was a man he greeted me when I came through the door and treated me with much respect. I absolutely love the facility it was clean the security guard was very protective of the area as well. Great location to book a room

You could tell that it was an older building but that it had been renovated very well, it was clean and the staff were very friendly!

upon pulling up I instantly noticed that the area didn’t look too good. it also didn’t help that there were prostitutes walking the streets on all sides of the hotel as well.

Breakfast was great, clean welcoming environment, huge clean pool, and very nice suites. Very comfortable stay overall. I will be back when I'm in the area!
