I absolutely LOVED the location - walking distance to lots of restaurants. I enjoyed the happy hour in the bar - great late afternoon snacks before dinner.

I wasn't thrilled because I was given a room directly across from the gym on the second floor. It meant that starting around 6am, I heard the sounds of people running on the treadmill for hours. It sucked. I finally got used to the sound and fell back asleep only to be woken up again by the yard blower on the street below. I highly recommend NOT staying on the second floor and definitely not near the gym.

Comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated lobby, slightly on the small side. The location was perfect for us as there are few nice restaurants nearby. Also there was a garage just around the corner.

The staff didn't tell us about the garage but only offered quite expensive valet parking. The lobby is a bit small for meetings, though we were allowed to sit in the lobby bar - there was still music there so not perfect for a business conversation. The bar is nice though.

Excellent value for such a posh area of Dallas! The restaurant was convenient and offered tasty food. Luxury at a reasonable price!

We had to stay in a “Handy Capable” which was fine, but those rooms are located at the end of the hall by the stairwell and the door slammed when folks used the stairs. Only a problem in sleeping hours 10-7. No self parking so you are stuck paying 43 dollars a night to valet park! Not so great!

LOVEC IT ALL!! Especially, the remodel, VERY comfortable BED!! Best of ALL, MY emotional support small dog, Kevin, could FINALLY stay at the Park Cities Hilton. It has kept us from coming for years’. Deal Breaker for US!!

Valet parking is TOO expensive $39.. UGH!! Even OMNI Barton Creek has SELF PARKING Options.. my husband was MAD about that one thing.

It was where my friend wanted me to stay central to their location Hotel was actually very clean and comfortable

The only issue was the elevator. The system wasn’t letting my key access the 9th floor where my room was. It was really an inconvenience for the front desk to come and get me up to my floor

Breakfast was really good. Prefer a different brand of coffee. Say an Italian brand. Starbucks is really garbage and not appropriate for the Hilton brand.

My room 402 needs a rehab. The carpet is frayed, something heavy was dropped in the tub and it has a broken area, and the bed skirts did not fit the beds. They looked shabby. On the good side the beds/pillows were excellent, the room/ bathroom were spacious.

Needs a little updating in the room- paint, thermostat wasn’t working properly.

Staff very friendly and helpful and loved the location. Room was very nice.
