In good area not far from dallas or surrounding areas

That , housekeeping only give u towels and not pick the old ones up! Also, they wont come make the bed up or anything unless your stay 7+ days …. Lastly, the $100 deposit you dont kno about till ur at the desk

Honestly feel this hotel is pretty decent. It’s in a fairly decent area which can be hit or miss but that’s just about every where now days. Over all the stay was very uninterrupted and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating especially a gentleman by the name of Anthony that checked me In. I had issues with my card and he was so patient and friendly the whole time. And then again when I checked out I accidentally left a diamond ring in my room and had to call to notify them etc and he kindly went to find it and held it until I returned! He went above and beyond in my books. A great person to keep on y'all team. In my opinion. So yes I'd recommend this location. And looking forward to staying again eventually. Thank you.

Everyone who worked at the front desk of the hotel was excellent...very accommodating and friendly. Across the street was a good strip shopping center with a 24-hour CVS, a Tom Thumb grocery store, and an excellent Turkish restaurant (Ephesus) where we ate two nights. (Order the lamb shish kebab!)

The location, slightly off the beaten path (a fair number of homeless people living under the Central Expressway overpass, across the street from the hotel). That said, the hotel isn't responsible...it's life in America these days. I didn't feel particularly unsafe, but some visitors might.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! It is quite noisy, but since the hotel is located next to a highway, this is something expectable.

The breakfast range is not very big, so we decided to eat somewhere else. The reception staff was not unfriendly, but seemed a bit absent and not very welcoming.

The location was great for what we needed! Room was very clean. Hotel was decorated nicely inside. No smoke smells.

Surprised about an extra $100 showing up on my credit card without the front desk telling me theirs was a damage deposit due at check-in. He asked for my credit card for “incidentals” but never said a word about the extra $100 for damage deposit. The exterior of the hotel needs a face lift. Also, the water pressure was low at sink and shower. Don’t get excited that the rooms have a “balcony” as it is only about 2 feet wide and you can barely walk onto it. That advertisement misleading.

I liked the entrance and how welcoming it was. The receptionist Jay was absolutely amazing with an outstanding personality and customer service. He deserves a raise. The African American manager (I forgot his name) was very nice and helpful. I arrived around 12:15 and he waived the early check in fee. I greatly appreciate their kindness. I will definitely come back just for their personality.

I didn’t like that you could hear everything outside the window and door. I could hear people arguing outside my window and I stayed on the 2nd floor. The walls are very thin.

The hotel and the room were really nice and clean. The room was a very nice size and included a loveseat, and a desk. There was a small and narrow balcony but enough room to step out and get a breath of fresh air. The bathroom was really nice and larger than average size. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator. I like that the shower provided dispensers of soap, shampoo & conditioner vs tiny sample bottles. Check out time is 11:00 am which gives you a little more time to sleep in or get ready for the day. Parking was lit and sufficient. The hotel was quiet. It's located on the service road near a major Dallas freeway with access to stores, gas stations & restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and check in was quick. Overall, it was an affordable great overnight stay. Better rates if you book the room online thru Booking.com

I would've preferred a microwave in the room and USB plugs.

That booking.com didn't communicate with the property that I desired a room with a balcony. Once I checked in, I had to go back and request my room be switched and was then told as a consumer its my responsibility to follow up with the property to ensure I will hopefully get the room I desire. As a consumer, that seems daunting because I could've just booked through the hotels actual site, rather a third party, to ensure I'll get what I want without any confusion.

The property is in a decent area but there were some stragglers around.

Stragglers at night time, I did not have any issues but I was aware.
