The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. When we 1st checked in, we were given a room on the side of the building that was being worked on and our window was covered so we couldn't see outside. The receptionist moved us to another room with no problems. The room was very comfortable and was very quiet even with being next to the freeway and we couldn't hear our neighbors.

Breakfast options could have been better. The coffee was great, but the croissants were hard, so we wound up going out for breakfast every day.

The hotel is nice and always clean. More modern than a few of the others in its area.

The front desk clerk seemed a bit unfriendly. I was placed in a room at the very end of the hall. I really didn't care for that, being a single woman. That's 36 rooms, one way. I can't imagine that nothing else was available, but then I have no experience in being a hotel clerk so I have to trust she gave me what was available. I'm sure she knew where she was putting me. I asked for a 1st floor room, and her response was, "I have them all out right before you got here." Lol... I could be wrong but idk, it seemed intentional to make things inconvenient for me. Then I get to the room and the plugs/sockets did not work. 🙄 I got over it. Got up the next morning. Went to church and had a lovely day.

Location to medical clinic and restaurants, also to grocery store. Size of room was very nice. Loved that they had free refreshments(water, tea, hot coco and coffee) 24/7.

2 remotes to operate tv, it gets confusing. There should be one universal remote. Sofa was stained so wasn't to thrilled about sitting on it. Roller chair was broke so when you sat in it you felt like it was gonna fall apart. Went down to lobby to purchase tylenol and was informed they don't sell any medications.

The location for our needs and proximity to downtown Dallas was perfect. Staff was excellent, willing to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food options including eggs, sausage, soufle, potatoes, cereals, fruit, yougurt, oatmeal, toast, coffee, juice, waffles, etc. etc. On-site parking is abundant. There are many good eating and shopping options in close proximity to the hotel.

The water pressure/flow in the shower and bathroom sink was weak but acceptable. Add 5-10 minutes to your morning time. Best to ask for a room on the backside of the hotel away from the freeway as the noise is a bit loud.

Checked in around 5pm, staff was friendly and helpful with the questions I had. Went to the guest bathroom on the main floor and they had complimentary toiletries. I’ve never seen that in any hotel or resort (nice touch)! The room was really spacious and clean. The a/c worked perfectly. The only issue I had wasn’t because of the hotel, at night on weekends you can hear people above you. So, I’d recommend something to help you sleep and bring your own pillows and blankets. Everything on the bed is kinda thin. But, overall I would book this place again. 20min away with toll, from family activities.

Great place to stay! Good attention and nice good for breakfast. The price is affordable. Highly recommended.

Few spots to park the car. It's too close to avenue, so it turns the room noisy. No natural water to drink (it contains lemon). Last thing: mattress for 5th person was so bad.

Staff was friendly and offered suggestions for places to eat. My room was cleaned even thought I didn't really need it. The place was in a good location for me. I had to visit the hospital each day and different nursing homes to find a good one and I was able to find them, not too far away.

Elevator floor seemed dirty, but everyone uses it and I'm sure It is cleaned a lot. The first night neighbors were talking all through the night and I would wake up when the cooler went off, so I found out the next night I could put it on continuous so it covered the noises

Hotel is only 20 minutes from the center of dallas, it has a parking lot. breakfast is ok, the rooms are spacious enough for 4 people. Wifi works well.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast was basic and good.

Water pressure for the faucet in the bathroom was very low.

staff, big room, proper desk and couch, clean, excellent WiFi . the staff were very accommodating and friendly. room was perfect, big bed, comfortable extra bedding, massive bathroom. plenty of space

the AC unit was noisy and you could hear your neighbours (their AC, mumbling etc.) but it didn’t bother me. there was no restaurant/store within walking distance but never had an issue getting Uber.
