The. Hotel is very well maintained and the staff is helpful. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs that were fluffy, sausage one day and bacon the next. Waffle maker, cereal,etc. And a staff member was on duty there. I got a free upgrade to an executive king room that was quite large. Bed was extremely comfortable. Decent but limited fitness center. All in all, a great hotel for the price.

The hotel doesn't secure the parking lot. There is an old gate that is no longer used. Lighting is limited and signs are up saying the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. Like most medium priced hotels, there no longer is daily room cleaning. And breakfast could use more fruit sekection

The check in process was SUPER quick, gave all the information about breakfast and where to locate the elevators to our room. The employees were super helpful and nice, got a call to our room asking if we found it and if we settled in just fine, that has never happened to me ever when staying at a hotel. Now the over night employee, veronica, LOVED HER because of her we took a unplanned trip to Oklahoma <3 ! So we will definitely be back again! If you’re seeing this we love and miss you already V!

Was a good breakfast, we were even settled a little earlier about 20 minutes into the hotel, it was very nice! You could come to the ground floor and always take coffee or water with lemon. You could also use the pool. Conveniently from the metro, you can reach the hotel on foot. It is very convenient that next to the hotel in a 10-minute walk, there is Trader Joe's store.

Bed linen was torn. The towel was also some torn. In the room, the furniture was very old. I would like to update it as it was not very pleasant to touch anything. In the hotel, there was only one elevator that had to wait a long time.

Well just about all of it if you ask me. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. It’s really fine neighborhood with some beautiful homes and gardens. It’s walking distance to retail and restaurants. I liked that your facility has an exercise room.

Not sure about that. Running a hotel ain’t easy and meeting the demand for value is critical to profit from the endeavor. Though I understand the rigor for business, I’d be hard pressed to evaluate the comforts your facility affords. However, I recommend you replace the antiquated weight machine in the workout room and you might consider a mat to do stretches

Property was clean, well kept and in a good location. Room was cute, I liked the way they are setup such as the layout and the desk and such. Ac worked great.we got the end of breakfast but the bacon and toast was good. Staff were all very friendly. Check in and check out was super easy.

Same thing I don’t like about most hotel, which are the beds. They aren’t ever comfortable although I will say that the beds here aren’t as bad as some other places I’ve stayed at.

The room was clean and comfy. Pet friendliness was a must for our two dogs. Was walking distance from a plaza which had many food choices, coffee and a Trader Joes. A short ride to down town.

Had a homeless person sleeping behind the dumpster, but he was harmless. Could hear some traffic if you stood by the windows.

The room was cleaned and big enough for three persons. Microwave and fridge available, bathroom very clean. Breakfast with all the essentials. The pool is good, I saw cleaners doing their job every day. 15 minutes driving to downtown. Avalaible parking free of charge.

Rooms service ( food&beverages) is available throught another company ad we had several issues with our credit cards which were been temporarily blocked by our bank for suspecting a frode. Probably they don't have good security certificates. Dryer in the guest laundry didn't work so well.

Very clean, check in was fast.

Very noisy due to traffic, although they provided ear plugs. Water was not very warm and got cold suddenly several times during shower. We ordered room service for food and was brought the wrong salad. When checking out the clerk wasn't at the desk for a while, we didn't know you can check out online

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was functional and nice. The facilities were better than I anticipated.

The location wasn't ideal, at least for a person without a car. The walk to the nearest train station isn't very long but it was uncomfortable because of the homeless people under the bridge and the fact that the area is not optimal from a pedestrian's viewpoint. The breakfast was very American (with Texas shaped woffles!). Than can be a pro or a con. I would have hoped for more fresh things.

I stay here at least once a month for at least 3 to 4 days a month and they’re always really good to me. Location is good it’s near everywhere. I need to be , good price, Good value, clean rooms. Great parking.

The Overnight crew at the front desk can be a bit of a mess were charged me the best they never get my reservation right if I check in late. They’re very unfamiliar with the policies and make up things on the spot that I know aren’t true. The gym needs weights and more equipment. Just invest in a couple things, weight rack or something please please please!
