Though the lobby was less impressive for arrivals than other locations ... I knew better. The SECRET with this hotel is known for their great free breakfast buffet (especially the Texas formed waffles). The staff were incredible and everything that mattered was perfect. If I were selfish, I would keep this treasure to myself. But this hotel deserves all the credit.

Nothing. I appreciated that they spend their budget on making their clients happy and comfortable rather than on needless decoarations.

That the elevators didn't work.

Good location for our needs. We received a free upgrade to a king suite which was quite large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent food.

Some of the furnishing are really old and worn. The sitting chairs in the lobby were terribly worn and a very poor first impression of the hotel. In our suite you could see the deterioration on some of the doors and cabinet door by the refrigerator didn't open and close properly. The refrigerator was a nice size but had no freezer which I needed for ice packs. The ice machine near our room was non functioning. Breakfast eggs and sausage were lukewarm even when freshly refilled.

The. Hotel is very well maintained and the staff is helpful. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs that were fluffy, sausage one day and bacon the next. Waffle maker, cereal,etc. And a staff member was on duty there. I got a free upgrade to an executive king room that was quite large. Bed was extremely comfortable. Decent but limited fitness center. All in all, a great hotel for the price.

The hotel doesn't secure the parking lot. There is an old gate that is no longer used. Lighting is limited and signs are up saying the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. Like most medium priced hotels, there no longer is daily room cleaning. And breakfast could use more fruit sekection

The check in process was SUPER quick, gave all the information about breakfast and where to locate the elevators to our room. The employees were super helpful and nice, got a call to our room asking if we found it and if we settled in just fine, that has never happened to me ever when staying at a hotel. Now the over night employee, veronica, LOVED HER because of her we took a unplanned trip to Oklahoma <3 ! So we will definitely be back again! If you’re seeing this we love and miss you already V!

Honestly nothing really just the eggs tasted weird for breakfast lol! Thats all , i loved this property

Was a good breakfast, we were even settled a little earlier about 20 minutes into the hotel, it was very nice! You could come to the ground floor and always take coffee or water with lemon. You could also use the pool. Conveniently from the metro, you can reach the hotel on foot. It is very convenient that next to the hotel in a 10-minute walk, there is Trader Joe's store.

Bed linen was torn. The towel was also some torn. In the room, the furniture was very old. I would like to update it as it was not very pleasant to touch anything. In the hotel, there was only one elevator that had to wait a long time.

Well just about all of it if you ask me. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. It’s really fine neighborhood with some beautiful homes and gardens. It’s walking distance to retail and restaurants. I liked that your facility has an exercise room.

Not sure about that. Running a hotel ain’t easy and meeting the demand for value is critical to profit from the endeavor. Though I understand the rigor for business, I’d be hard pressed to evaluate the comforts your facility affords. However, I recommend you replace the antiquated weight machine in the workout room and you might consider a mat to do stretches

I love staying here when I travel for concerts! It cheaper than most places but also feels very comfortable and the breakfast slaps.

The only issue I had was our room key would stop working everyday. I stayed 3 nights and every night we wouldn’t be able to get inside and I would have to go get my key changed daily. They were very helpful though and wanted to fix the issue.

Property was clean, well kept and in a good location. Room was cute, I liked the way they are setup such as the layout and the desk and such. Ac worked great.we got the end of breakfast but the bacon and toast was good. Staff were all very friendly. Check in and check out was super easy.

Same thing I don’t like about most hotel, which are the beds. They aren’t ever comfortable although I will say that the beds here aren’t as bad as some other places I’ve stayed at.

The room was clean and comfy. Pet friendliness was a must for our two dogs. Was walking distance from a plaza which had many food choices, coffee and a Trader Joes. A short ride to down town.

Had a homeless person sleeping behind the dumpster, but he was harmless. Could hear some traffic if you stood by the windows.
