Incredible room and view; perfect mini getaway.

Property was excellent. Unfortunate situation. It had been a rough week, much needed rest and getaway. Did not hear my alarm the next day and almost missed late checkout. Unpleasant call, was rushed out, uncharacteristic. Not my first stay, disappointed it made no difference; received no grace, no courtesy, and was charged the additional fee. Charge the the fee, fine, but don’t be unpleasant. I don’t need to share the week’s details to say even an ounce of understanding as the need is expressed for the room would have gone a long way.

I loved the view it was beautiful, we had been shopping all day so it was a last minute decision to stay. The price was great and I enjoyed it very much

The parking was a little bit confusing but we found a good spot. The water pressure was a bit low and the toilet was very loud and took forever to get quiet. The box of Kleenex in the bathroom for some reason is soaked and wet like it had fallen in the toilet. I was Leary of using it so I used toilet paper. Also there was no Bible in the room to be found, ice machine was broke. Otherwise it was great

My absolutely favorite thing about the property was the spectacular view with the floor to ceiling windows. Everything else was lovely.

When I booked the room, the site said breakfast available on site for $15 each. After we finished breakfast the total was over $45. It was rectified, after addressing it twice. The food was good, but neither the eggs nor the coffee was hot. Didn’t seem justifiable to pay that much. So when I addressed it again, it was discounted to one breakfast. I appreciated that very much.

I loved the room. It was clean and the wall of windows was amazing. Bed was comfy. We only stayed one night but it felt luxurious.

The food in the grab n go was terrible. And expensive. When i complained, i just got a "sorry to hear that." We had cheaper food from a restaurant and it was infinitely better. $14 for a hard sandwich with old wilted gross lettuce is absurd. Order out, don't eat from the coolers.

Staff great. The house keeping team folded our tortlla blanket into a quesidella on our bed 1st night, kids thought it was awesome!!

Tub kept filling with water during shower as well as sink even after maintenance came. AC shuts on/off several times in few minute increments, gets hot at times. May need a new filter or pump, frozen coils? But it was still nice

Loved the view from the 18th floor window. It was so awesome. The room was well stocked and the beds were comfy. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the room, restaurant and bar area as well. The staff was spectacular and helpful. I celebrated my retirement in comfort and style. I recommend this hotel and give it a thumbs-up for excellent service, quality and comfort. I truly felt pampered and happy. Thank you Doubletree hotel and your amazing staff. I will certainly stay again in the future. 🙂👏👌

I would only add extra towels and tissues. Tissues go a long way when you have to deal with allergies.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. My son needed something printed for an exam this time. Last time they helped straighten out a booking issue. They add value to the stay. The location is good, and I love the digital key.

Like a lot of large hotels, it’s a little dated. It’s difficult to make older carpet seem clean. The window shades need replacing as well.

we chose this hotel as it was closest to where we needed to be. we were most pleased with the excellent services from staff. as Hilton Honour guests, we have bottled water daily. we also get its delicious fresh chocolate cookies. we were most impressed by the pure white and thick towels!! we felt pampered as these towels were spotlessly clean and fresh. it exceeded international standards for towels. as post pandemic travellers, we must compliment Doubletree for providing its guests with high quality products and services.

Hilton is a great brand, and their Double Tree locations are top-notch! The rooms are very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! ...and you can't forget about those cookies! The front desk supervisor, Garrison, was great and takes care of business fast. Parking is free and convenient, and the location is perfect; centrally located. It was a great experience overall!

In case you're wondering why I have 2 reviews for 2 stays -- we went to Dallas for the NCAA Women's Final Four. My friend and I made 2 different reservations in case LSU lost the first round and we wanted to go home without incurring cancellation charges . LSU won and was going to the Finals so, of course, we wanted to stay, The staff was very accommodating about letting us keep the same room so we wouldn't have to pack and move. This was typical of our stay at the Doubletree. Our room was good and large, breakfast was good, the rate was fair, the location was great, everything was perfect. A++++
