We have stayed here several times. It is an older La Quinta but has been very effectively remodeled and taken care of. This trip there were flowers planted everywhere. Beautiful! We often travel with well mannered, groomed pets. It is a very good property as they have a dedicated green area. Denny's is across the parking lot and happy to say their food is fresh and hot if you are looking for "room service". Microwave and refrig in the room. The area is safe and close to SMU and many eateries. We go to Dallas about every six weeks and this is where we choose to stay.

Maybe a hair dryer in the room and a hook on the bathroom door to hang a robe or towel.

Honestly this property the rooms you can tell had been renovated within the last few years so everything inside felt really nice for the price that you were paying the property is in a decent part of town and within walking distance to many bars and places that you would probably like to visit. The staff were really accommodating to last minute reservations and made sure that everything was in place.

This won't apply to really anyone else but the property had just been repaved so the parking was very limited but that issue was resolved by the morning after.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location was the best, near all of our sight seeing spots. Room was very clean. Bathroom was extremely clean. Our room was in the back, very peaceful and quite. Room temperature was excellent.

The front door wasn't very secure. You could tell the frame was damaged. Due to some sort of forced entry. Secured the ironing board under the lock at night to feel a little more secure. Sheets could have been a little cleaner. The A/C was incredibly noisy. I had to wear ear plugs at night.

This remodeled La Quinta is in a great location near SMU, Greenville area right off of 75. It was perfect for our visit with family and friends. Starbucks nearby for those who can't survive without their coffee drink in the a.m. Dog friendly at 25$ per night for one or two dogs. Ours are well mannered and groomed. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was an emergency upset with a guest but that was hardly the motel's fault. A security guard was on the premises so we felt safe and secure.

The location was good, two miles from Baylor University Medical Center/Hospital and easy to drive. The hotel was an older La Quinta, but extremely clean! Cleaner than some of the newer hotels. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental type/choices. There is a Denny's Restuarant next door if you needed a full breakfast. Very friendly staff and helpful. Will definitely stay again since close to hospital.

Would have liked to have a breakfast with protein choices.

Well everyone was very nice and after checking out and driving 6 hours away, I discovered I had left my apple charger there, the maids found it and turned it in!! I called the manager(Danny) to mention that if he would kindly send it to me 300 miles away that I’d pay the fee! He took it to The UPS store promptly and I authorized him to charge my card on file for his trouble! $17.00 and he called me with my tracking number!!! He went above and beyond! I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m the Dallas area! Thank you!

Everything was A+++

Close to the concert venue. The staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a crash pad after a long concert. Dennys next door was perfect for a late night snack after the show.

Lots of road noise. Luckily I wear sleep headphones because I am a light sleeper but there must have been a wreck or something nearby because there were tons of sirens at 6am.

I was very pleased with the stay and the location. It was centrally located to all the hotspots and activities for the trip I had planned. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I have stayed here before and stayed again because it was a great value and had all the things I wanted.

Just wish they would think about incorporating eggs and a hot meat with the complimentary breakfast. Then it would be a true value and a money saver from going spend 14.00 a plate for breakfast at the Denny's.

Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good sized room. Good internet, Not too far from town and easy access by car. A couple of bars, restaurants and 7 Eleven close by. Decent breakfast. Also very helpful when I needed to check out early. Very good value for money.

A lot of traffic noise but it didn't bother me.

Very good looking property with 3 star amenities and appearance. comfy pillows and super basic.

Roaches. one crawled on me in bed, and a HUGE one was on the shower curtain in the morning. Mattresses do not have sealed sheets or mattress protectors upon inspection. Thankfully roaches don't bite but eew. I RARELY shudder at the sight of a roach but this one was at least 6" long and and an inch wide.
