Breakfast was adequate. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location was the best, near all of our sight seeing spots. Room was very clean. Bathroom was extremely clean. Our room was in the back, very peaceful and quite. Room temperature was excellent.

The front door wasn't very secure. You could tell the frame was damaged. Due to some sort of forced entry. Secured the ironing board under the lock at night to feel a little more secure. Sheets could have been a little cleaner. The A/C was incredibly noisy. I had to wear ear plugs at night.

The location was good, two miles from Baylor University Medical Center/Hospital and easy to drive. The hotel was an older La Quinta, but extremely clean! Cleaner than some of the newer hotels. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental type/choices. There is a Denny's Restuarant next door if you needed a full breakfast. Very friendly staff and helpful. Will definitely stay again since close to hospital.

Would have liked to have a breakfast with protein choices.

Well everyone was very nice and after checking out and driving 6 hours away, I discovered I had left my apple charger there, the maids found it and turned it in!! I called the manager(Danny) to mention that if he would kindly send it to me 300 miles away that I’d pay the fee! He took it to The UPS store promptly and I authorized him to charge my card on file for his trouble! $17.00 and he called me with my tracking number!!! He went above and beyond! I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m the Dallas area! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the stay and the location. It was centrally located to all the hotspots and activities for the trip I had planned. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I have stayed here before and stayed again because it was a great value and had all the things I wanted.

Just wish they would think about incorporating eggs and a hot meat with the complimentary breakfast. Then it would be a true value and a money saver from going spend 14.00 a plate for breakfast at the Denny's.

Very good looking property with 3 star amenities and appearance. comfy pillows and super basic.

Roaches. one crawled on me in bed, and a HUGE one was on the shower curtain in the morning. Mattresses do not have sealed sheets or mattress protectors upon inspection. Thankfully roaches don't bite but eew. I RARELY shudder at the sight of a roach but this one was at least 6" long and and an inch wide.

bathtub surface was peeling

The room was clean & comfortable & the bathroom/shower was good too. Great location. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in the room is too close to the bed & very noisy. Also, the breakfast options were average and it was disappointing to see so much environmentally-unfriendly cutlery/crockery around. Disposable plates and cutlery is fine but they could be of a more biodegradable/sustainable material.

It’s right off the interstate. I wasn’t expecting a motel and almost didn’t check in but my husband said we’re not leaving. The room and bathroom was very very clean.. We couldn’t hear the interstate traffic. The bed was comfortable.

The room was a little stuffy when we got there but I keep Lysol and sanitizer with me so it was okay.

The location was perfect right next to activity we went to close enough to downtown dallas if I had more time would definitely go again just for sure seeing

No continental breakfast they provided pancakes, waffles, cereal, and bagels. But they do have a Denny's in walking distance.

The room was very clean and neatly organized. The bed was comfortable, however, the bedding (comforter) had burn holes in it. The hotel was conveniently located near dining, and the morning breakfast was satisfying. If we had wanted anything more, there was a Denny's Restaurant 100 feet from the hotel room.

The comforter needed replacing.
