Value for money.Clean,don't need to be picky,at this price,realisticly fine.Sheets clean,room service does the job.Agreed to deposit in cash for 80,instead of 100,cause I didn't had more.Deposit was returned straight away upon check out.

Well,smell of cleaning products,most likely floor cleaner,but it goes away,at least you know its been cleaned No butter available at breakfast,only substitute,but again,at this price point.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, top floor was peaceful

Towels were very wore out, some basic repairs could be done for visual esthetic, like the a.c. vents replaced they were very broken. Nothing else was really bad. Do wonder why the room next door had clearly been battering ram busted in but I'm just nosey

Great host - so friendly and welcoming and helpful too. Very accommodating and they made you feel that they would go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that you’re comfortable. One of the best I have ever come across because I saw how genuine they are.

Shower pressure was great. Beds were very comfortable. Good size rooms.

They require a $100 deposit, which you get back but there is no warning about this when booking. My daughter left something of sentimental value & when I called to see if it was found I was informed that it was thrown away. They didn't even attempt to contact me about it. The breakfast area is too small. Parking lot is very small so if you have a bigger vehicle be careful when you park or you may not be able to get out.

I liked the cleanliness of the room! I was upset while filling out the form the room I originally was getting was 92$. Then because it took so long I was forced to pay over $150 for the room. Booking.com thanks for kinda stiffing me for another $60!

Not much could’ve been better. Clean pool, clean room, comfy bed, clean bed 🛌, Didn’t see not one bug! Overall great place to stay! Again except for booking.com timing me out while filling out information for getting the room. They gave it to some else. Not cool!

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite not officially offering a luggage service, they took care of our bags and even allowed us to check in early on a particularly cold day.

There were no toiletries, when asked for body wash or soap they said they didn't have any =(

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice walk in shower. The breakfast was very nice. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. And a bonus being an Indian restaurant right on the doorstep, which served delicious food.

Nothing to dislike.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. However during the daytime the previous day a young man flat lied to me about trying to extend our stay for another day. He should be retrained or terminated in my opinion. Thank you

Trim the palm tree near the entrance of the hotel because it's very dangerous trying to exit because of palm tree blooming the view to the street of hwy 75

The room was great. I had no complaints. The room was clean, smelled clean. The location was great walkable to most things. And the price was decent. The area was great. I felt safe.

I have no complaints.

Good facilities, helpful staff. Decent room. A little distance from the centre of Dallas, but the local bus service was fine.
