Overall the quality of this hotel is top-notch. Lots of attention to details. Beautiful décor and an bed that I could have stayed in all day long... so comfortable! The bathroom is also fantastic! The staff is also extremely accommodating and professional.

Biggest complaint would be the outside noise. The windows are very thin... I was on the 17th floor and could still here all of the noise from the street below. Additionally there is a rooftop bar nearby (The Happiest Hour) that is very noisy. I could hear/feel the music well into the night. The only other complaint would be that the water temperature of the shower wasn't working properly. I reported to staff and they definitely improved it, but still wasn't ideal. I'm guessing kinks like the water will be fixed the longer the hotel is open... it is still very new.

This hotel and its staff offer outstanding quality while maintaining a warm, family atmosphere and paying particular attention to the expectations of each guest. The hotel manager is a master of his profession. Always attentive, he is personally committed to guaranteeing optimal satisfaction for his guests. We highly recommend this establishment.

The hotel was gorgeous and all of the amenities felt luxurious. The rooftop pool was unparalleled. All of the food was amazing. We tried each of the hotel bars and restaurants with the exception of one and had a fabulous experience at each.

The overall location was challenging with some of the construction on the road in front of the hotel. It made getting in and out of the parking area difficult, but that’s temporary.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is very safe and very walkable. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife within blocks of the hotel. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was fabulous.

The only suggestion that I have is to fill up the ice bucket when servicing the room and at night time for turn down service.

Friendly Staff. Julien the hotel manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome with friendly chats and showing us around this very new hotel. Obviously he is not the type of manger that operates unseen behind a desk in a closed office.

The breakfast left a little to be desired but having said that the breakfast charge in our case was waived (and not because we complained or requested same). I’m sure some of these teething problems will be sorted.

Property was clean, extremely cool and accessible. Staff was super nice and helpful. They were all very polite and professional. I travel for work every month since years, I have never met any staff so courteous and welcoming. I wish I could go back to Dallas more often to visit again this hotel.

Stayed here for an offsite and honestly, it's one of the nicest hotels ever. Lovely big rooms, plenty of choice for food (including some of the best restaurants in Dallas), meetings and a lovely big gym.

Can't think o f a single thing I didn't like

Amazing new five star hotel in Dallas! We found this accidentally when we had dinner few weeks earlier at their Stillwell’s steakhouse and got such good service from the doorstaff & bell boys that we decided to experiece hotel itself as well. Very good gym and pool area, nice bar downstairs.

Housekeeping was not functioning as well as it should (items missing etc)

Absolutely blown away by my experience at the Swexan! The property is stunning and the staff provide top notch service. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something special and memorable.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Did a quick staycation to celebrate my birthday. The staff for friendly and courteous from valet to check out. Will be back to get the entire hotel experience
