beautiful apartment with a good space and excellent views of Downtown,

Just a little remote, needed to order a taxi for going out in the evenings, check in is at 11am so need to be aware if you have a late flight and need to store luggage as no facilities are available. Just a little attention to detail, the underneath of the bed was very dusty and had not been cleaned, the bathroom door had lots of splash marks on it, need to ensure touch points are cleaned

The staff was extremely helpful and the ease of getting in and out of the building was nice. The view from our unit was beautiful!

From day 1 our key card never worked for parking. I had to continuously grab one of the front desk agents to come and open the gate even after I called to let the property know our key card wasn’t working. They said they would send one but never did. It was extremely inconvenient having to do this my entire stay.

I loved the location, the Lobby Manager was very warm and welcoming, and the Apartment was a magnificent dream come true!!!

The Arrival Instructions was a bit confusing, and almost like a Scavenger Hunt LOL. BUT, once you realize if there are No Spots in the Entry Lot: Just park with you Hazard Lights, and go in the Lobby then to the Keycafe in the Mailroom. You'll be good to go to get back in your vehicle & turn directly right, raise your Parking Pass up, and the Gate will be signaled to Open Forward not backwards. Lastly, just park in any of the Reserved - Locale Guest Parking spots thereafter. And then you be at perfect peace to enjoy your stay.

The view was amazing! We stayed on NYE and were able to see the fireworks from the balcony. It was just a quick walk to the AA Arena for the Dallas Stars game. Directions were clear about parking, getting your key, etc. The apartment was amazing! So much space. The bed was super soft. The room was very clean.

If you arrive at 4pm, it can be crowded with others arriving and there are no places to park to get your keys. Just be ready for that!

Great location, really enjoyed access to the rail trail. Appreciated the amenities provided by the property. Apartment was comfortable.

From check-in there were multiple lights that were burnt out. The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced. Not the end of the world however details like this can add up.

We absolutely loved staying there and hope to book with you in the future. We loved Dallas, the people, and the vibes. It was an amazing experience for my daughter, friend, and me. We came for a basketball game, and we will want to make it a yearly thing. Thank you!

Location was perfect for Katy Trail and American Airlines. Room spacious, clean and comfortable.

Checking in/picking up keys/temporary parking is a little confusing. They do adhere to 4pm check in, but that was not a big deal as we could leave vehicle in temporary parking (after checking with concierge).

the apartment is perfect: very comfortable and clean. the pool area is stunning and very peaceful. the staff is friendly and always available to help you. the location is nice, there are a few bars and restaurants nearby but you can also reach downtown Dallas easily

even though our apartment was on the 24th floor, there was some noise from the nearby highway at night. for us it was not a problem but it can be annoying

Fantastic apartment Well equipped. High floor, great views of the city Big TV Washer / dryer Would be a fantastic spot if going the American Airlines center, unfortunately NOTHING was on during my stay. Parking easy and secure. Concierge helpful. Coffee shop really good and well priced (discount for locale)

It’s pretty noisy…. By the freeway and train. Didn’t bother me much but could. Entry is easy enough, but a bit of a list to go through. It’s not local to much other than the American airlines Center, so not too many bars and restaurants close by.

Very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the view of the city from my room. And, the café was very convenient. The coffee and the pastries were very good.

Supposedly, there was a restriction on smoking, but on several occasions, I noticed that the renters or tenants above me, smoked out in the balcony. It didn’t really bother me, but I was not sure how much the restriction is enforced. Also, it seemed that the residence frowned upon vacationers renting some of the units.
