Large corner suite , 2 windows, comfy bed and pillows, sofa in room,.kitchen area large fridge, walk in shower, good air con, location to historic attractions, location for public transport . Very clean on arrival, only had 1 house keeping when I asked for it and kitchen worksurface wasnt cleaned. Didn't clean again. Would recommend if staying Downtown but if I returned would try Uptown.

Homeless in the area during the day and more at night Found very dirty cup in the kitchen cupboard, this should have been picked up by house keeping, put me off using the kitchen No safe in room Breakfast was ok but no English tea choice, all about coffee. They have a selection but usually the same Bacon or sausage Scrambled egg Yoghurt Oatmeal Make you own waffles Bread Muffins Some.cereals Apples except for 1 day they added couple.of bananas No meats or cheese No choice of fruits Tortillas and pork Potato Seems like a good selection but seemed a weird selection to.piut something together Did the job giving us something to eat before going out for the day.

Friendly staff. Full kitchen - not stocked 100% but suited our stay Roomy enough for 2 people I appreciated a table to eat meals at in the space and we made tea every evening.

The additional $40/day plus for parking. If we are staying a week in a suite it would be nice to not have to pay for valet parking. We were told we could “risk having the car broken into and park elsewhere”; Didn’t exactly feel like we had an option. Adding $600 to our stay with fee and tips was not in our budget. Disappointing.

The hotel was surprisingly lovely... Clean and well updated. During the breakfast the managers and staff were always down there making sure everything was stocked cleaned up and the manager went to literally every table to check on people and see how their stay was going. It's this very personal service that always makes the difference and I commend them for taking the time from their busy schedule to check with their customers.

I didn't realize they did the welcome on the television so when I went to enter my room and the TV was on I thought perhaps somebody was in there... That was a little creepy... Yep pretty cool how they have the different images with my name welcoming me. Other than that there wasn't really anything not to like it was a delightful stay... We all know that there's definitely some things going on outside of the hotel that can be less than desirable... I appreciate it that there was always security at the hotel that looked like they were there for our safety not just to hang out and talk with her buddies which I've seen at other hotels.

Breakfast was terrific and there was the bonus of the theatre room to watch the game; however, staff weren't able to assist when we couldn't connect so we ultimately had to abandon our plans to watch the game on the large tv and go back to our room

while we didn't report this until we left because it wasn't a deal-breaker, one bathroom and the kitchen light weren't working, and neither was the HVAC. Clearly, the rooms aren't checked completely on a regular basis.

Re: Breakfast, see below. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything was pin-drop quiet inside and I slept very well there. The location was convenient, and adjacent to Dallas mass transit. Downtown has some great architecture, but it was a bit sad and empty. This may be a post-Pandemic development; the lack of retail space in many of the office towers, and not enough local residents, is a problem for the city and the property. The comparison with nearby Uptown, lively at night with busy restaurants, is stark.

Breakfast was edible and offered many choices, but was of mediocre quality. The coffee served was, to be frank, dreadful. European hotels that offer similar breakfasts almost always have an automated espresso/cappucino option. Given the "dishwater" American coffee, brewed en masse and stale from a giant thermos/container, two of these machines (or at least an option to order better coffee for an extra charge) would be a huge upgrade. Also, there could be more fruit options.

We were afraid the trailer we had to carry our mobility scooters would be an issue with parking as it has at other hotels, but the valet people saw it as no problem and helped us out with it. We also had one of the scooters lose a nut from its steering while we were running around and when we got it back to the hotel they happily helped us. Each time the front desk people saw us they happily said hello and even asked how we were doing.

I liked the friendly staff , the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, the spacious rooms, the breakfast food and breakfast area.

The lobby area and waiting area temperature was unacceptable. It was cold outside and freezing inside. Stepping out of the elevators was very uncomfortable because the temperature was not regulated. Every time the sliding doors open (to enter and exit the main entrance) I would get a blast of cold air. I would be nice if there was a system in place to keep that area warm during the Winter,

Beds were a little hard, I prefer Marriott and Hilton beds. Decor was like an office and rather depressing which is such a shame as facility wise big and perfect. Felt very much like a room for a man staying for a convention. A little colour accent or friendly pictures needed to feel more like a family/leisure hotel and that advice is from my years as an interior designer.

They turned off tv one hours before the time to check out would have done and the they opened the door twice time before the hours we should have left the room, the check out should have been at 12pm, that situation was so rude they must respect the time we have been there.

Shout out to Hilton Homewood Suites in downtown Dallas. They have the most accessible room we have ever stayed in. The doors are wide, there is a lot of room to maneuver in, the desk is wheelchair accessible, the restroom is very large for maneuverability and it has a roll-in shower with drop-down bench. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9.6.

My wife couldn't open the door from inside the room in her wheelchair. The lip on the shower made it difficult to get inside. The shower curtain is 6 inches too short, which caused flooding every shower.
