The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom nice size and clean. Liked all of the lights. Cleaning staff were so sweet and front desk staff helpful.

Elevator was a nightmare and didn’t love valet only parking. Valets need a little training on customer service. My husband had to go in and talk to guy and he just stood there staring at my husband. Like boy helpful at all. My husband dropped everything he was holding and the guy just stared. My husband said we need a valet, guy said okay. My husband had to ask him what he needed to do. It was weird. My husband was the only one there. Next day the guys were better. Wish breakfast was included since parking and elevator weren’t great. Would have made it better.

The hotel is great: location, amenities and ambiance wise. I love the modern, contemporary look. Due to me having the Marriott app I didn’t have too much interaction with guest services. In the heart of downtown and walking distance to a lot of places such as the AT&T Discovery District. I enjoyed my stay.

The parking is very hectic even with valet being offered. I do feel like the parking rate is overpriced, especially after getting a nail in my tire. I don’t know where they park the cars. Due to the hotel being on a main, busy street downtown it can be very hard to park your car. Without possibly getting hit or an accident happening because of the congestion. My main pet peeve is the parking situation overall. Other than that the hotel is great.

We had booked two rooms and arrived very early from a long haul flight. The staff were so helpful and let us book in early so we were able to explore in the afternoon. They were also able to hold our bags securely the next day and provide us with great recommendations to explore the local area.

- Comfortable room, modern (although very masculine!) design - Welcoming lady at the reception who made an earlier check-in possible - Impeccably clean room - Walkable area

- Only dimmed lights in the room as well as in the bathroom, so a little inconvenient for ladies (= difficult to clearly see hair, make up...)

Plenty of hot water in the shower any time of day. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great for getting to JFK memorial and museum. Good spot for Uber pic up, and valet people always outside which makes you feel safe whilst you wait for one

The noise of the drag racers between 11pm -1230am - not their fault but it does keep you awake.

The room is very spacious and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. I love the shower that has the rain shower option as well the main shower with handle. The toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap etc) are really nice, and it smells very clean and fresh. The location is close to shops via walking distance (Neiman Marcus, CVS, coffee shops and restaurants) I would recommend staying here.

It is a bit hard to get to – by car since it is on a one way street.

I thought it was overall just very accommodating and made me feel comfortable and welcomed the entire trip.

My water was very touchy and so sometimes it would just stay burning hot and I couldn't get it to go cooler, but I lived through it with no issues.

It was so clean and the people who worked there were very friendly and professional. All of them! Location was fabulous!!!

Only suggestion I would make would be that since there are several hotels in one, maybe one front desk would be so much better. We went to 2 before we figured out where to go.

Location was great. One could walk to all the highlights in downtown Dallas. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities one expect.

Room was very dark so that I had to use the lights even during day time.

Nice stay, helpful guest services, clean room and pool.

Lots of homelessness and panhandling outside the hotel.
