The property is in Downtown Dallas easy walking distance to all Sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was excellent the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with convenient amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator, safe and microwave.

The cost of parking was unfair ($50 per night), there should be a discount for people staying there more than two days although the valet parking was very convenient. Consider public parking much cheaper and plenty of places within walking distance. The GPS takes you to a left turn on Pacific Avenue it almost seems like you have to go on the railroad tracks to get to the front of the hotel, make sure once you make the left on Pacific Avenue you stay on the right hand side over the small cement bumps. If breakfast is included with your stay make sure you notify the staff at breakfast for instructions, because you cannot order multiple items off the menu. You can select one meal and one drink, otherwise you'll get charged extra.

Everything was amazing and at the heart of downtown with amazing food & things to do with everything pretty good if you decent to venture outside of dallas for a day! The pool being in the rooftop with a gym really helps the stay feel more relaxing. The biggest let down is this place has no parking for guest or people staying which should be an included thing or atlease COMP out parking for using the next door facility. Their was a few skepital people around the hotel outside as they loitered & even slept outside which is a bit unsettling but the stay overall is definitely alot better than we had hoped for

Parking is beyond terrible, they only offer VALET PER DAY which is pricey. They dont COMP public parking or offer an self parking; pricey too (20$ an day parking) . It such a huge downside to such an nice hilton.

This is surprisingly nice hotel (for its 3 stars rating) in the middle of Dallas downtown. Benefits: nice restaurants cross the street, walking distance. Room the size of European average size apartment. Clean and well equipped. Breakfast handled via vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel. So you can pick from several breakfast options what you want to eat.

This is not about not liking, just about knowing. Self parking was not available, so you're left with valet parking only, at $55 per day (so if you go for this hotel as a cheaper hotel than other around, you need to factor this in). That on the other hand is OK as you don't need to mess with parking and just drive to the front door.

Beautiful architecture, great location for family with small kids/tourists since the hotel is right in the downtown, just a minute walk to all restaurants /city attractions/pharmacy,very convenient to get Uber/taxi.Love the view from our room and the pool's view.We really appreciate the free breakfast in the restaurant at the lobby,very high quality and delicious, the kids were very impressed.The restaurant has good service too!And the lobby is like a 5 star hotel!!!We appreciate the way the hotel staff texting us to ask about our stay,very thoughtful. I had little problem of water in the sink didn't get cold sometime and the staff took it seriously.

We just wish the pool was heated or at least having small hot tub beside that so the kids could enjoy swimming comfortably during this time of the year.

The hotel is located in the city center and walking around the city is one of the best times due to the cold weather and not using a car.. We lived on the top floor, number 8, and we could see the city from the back, overlooking the garden, and we were away from the noise.. Calmness, daily cleaning of the room and bathroom, and clean towels.. Coffee is available in the room and the restaurant on the ground floor to provide meals at any time

There is no private parking for the hotel, as we had to pay $17 for parking per day due to the large number of parking spaces, but it is very expensive.. The staff and workers at the hotel were not cooperative and when asked, he explained that it was not part of his work.

N/A but having info about what to do within walking distance of the hotel would be a perk. It’s in a financial area so there is a lot of food but otherwise limited Great hotel and I would stay there again - also apparently their sprinkler and fire alert systems work. Don’t know the details but we had a temporary evacuation. Glad to know safety is up to par - but implementing an alert text system to let guests know that the space has been evacuated and when it is safe to return would be cool (not holding that against the hotel, I don’t even know if that would be possible with their system) Overall I like the hotel and would stay there again

I stayed here primarily because the location was amazing and it was close to what I was interested in. It was a bonus that the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine. I had no problems on my stay at all. The night key card worked perfectly and ensured a safe and quiet stay while in town.

The location was very convenient! Roof top pool is amazing, however majority of the hotels we’ve previously stayed at close their pool at 11pm. 10 pm pool closing felt like we were in a rush to swim so get there early !

Maintenance staff! We called to have someone look at our toilet because it wasn’t flushing due to the water tank taking forever to fill up. After an hour someone came to our room to check it out. It wasn’t a plunging issue so maintenance literally flushed the toilet and walked out didn’t even open the back tank to see what was happening and since it had already filled up by the time they got there he flushed it and he walked out. Every time we used the bathroom we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the water tank to fill back up before reusing it.

Amenities, the pool area was nice to sit with my laptop and soak up winter sunshine. The location was very convenient. I had great views from my room. I had a spacious room. Everything was easy and well done.

I liked a lot, grateful for a grateful stay. If I were to be critical then I think a little more charm and sophistication could be fostered in the lobby/recreational areas but everything is laid back and easy, nothing to complain about. Large lovely hotel.

Enjoyed being able to see the giant eye, and down to the pool from our room.

The pool had no heat to it, so on a 90 degree day it was still too cold to swim in without the sun being out. Hotel can't do a lot about it, but the homeless population of Downtown Dallas puts a real damper on trying to enjoy a weekend there.
