When we initially checked in, the AC in our room was making some weird creaking sounds. After an inspection by the engineer, they moved us to another room right above us with the same view. The room was clean, staff courteous and helpful. Using the hotel room key for the parking garage entry and exit was one of the most convenient things.

The hotel management needs to put in some security staff to patrol the parking garage and elevators leading to the hotel lobby. There was an EXTREMELY STRONG stench of weed in all these places. On day 2 when we were stepping out for the day in the town, a person got off on our floor from the hotel elevator(frankly was not dressed to look like he could afford a room there. It seems he got in the elevator at the parking floor and got off at the first floor that the elevator opened) He and the elevator both had the unbearable stench of Weed. Please ATLEAST for the sake of safety of your guests and to keep up the good image of the name of WESTIN hotel, have some security personnel patrol all these places monitored for such people. Thank you.

Great hotel with excellent location in the city center. The receptionist Ian was extra kind and operative.

28$ for 2 eggs extra at the breakfast which is really poor and super basic, not at the level of the hotel. They don't even have the coffee machine so you can't have esspresso or something else, only Americano.

Downtown location was great. Nice, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

Coffee shop on premises was not run well. No food, understaffed, I paid for sandwich, they didn’t have it so I had a pastry. No burritos, no refund etc. I didn’t fuss because there was a long line. We maybe should’ve tried the restaurant.

Great location close to convention centre (walking distance). Staff was very helpful and even helped me with some things we needed for our booth!

excellent fitness facility & location. nice closets w plenty of hangers, rainfall shower head and nice bathroom

pool was too cold to enjoy. sheets didn’t fit the bed, kept coming off and there we SO many layers of covers. no refrigerator. we were told no room service from the grill & vine restaurant ?

When you get there , the space very remarkable, the reception very polite and kind , we really enjoy our receptionist, I forget her name but she was great and very professional.

Breakfast was good but wasn't free had to pay extra per day

Just the hassle of getting bathroom paper had asked for some twice and didn't get either time had to buy down the street.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was an overall positive visit.

Directions from the parking garage to check in could have been more clear. It was easy to get lost upon arrival.

In our junior suite, lighting was very dim. Wish the lighting was better

There was nothing I didnt like...literally everything was 10/10. Was upgraded to King Suite, just wow. We loved it!!!
