We had the family suite and the space was absolutely perfect! Room was clean and hotel smelled clean the moment the doors opened. We only had one front desk person not be too happy to be at work but the rest were great! Jay was by far our favorite and my kids really liked him. Always smiling never in a bad mood, he deserves a raise!!! Breakfast was good, they were on top of restocking things as soon as they ran out or right before they ran out! Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed at and would definitely stay here again!

The only downfalls were that breakfast was the same every day and after 7 days you get a little tired of it, maybe change from sausage to bacon and offer some fruit?! Also probably my only huge issue was the water pressure in the shower. After a long day at the baseball fields a nice shower was all we wanted but the water pressure was so low! Neither of these were deal breakers for us just things we wish could be fixed.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s convenient for traveling to visit Dallas and Fort Worth and the Grand Prairie area. We went to Texas specifically for the Eclipse, found Lynn Creek Park, just a few miles from the hotel and saw a wonderful Eclipse there. There are several places to eat within a short drive of the hotel. Breakfast is included and there’s a pool. The rooms are clean and spacious, with microwaves and fridges. But most of all, the staff are wonderful and were very helpful as we wanted to extend our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel.

It would be lovely to have a safe in the rooms.

The property looked updated & was clean. Double bed room was spacious but did not have a chair or small sofa & table. Wasn't an issue for me. It was nice to have individual soaps, shampoo/conditioner-so much easier to use in bath/shower. Location was good. Breakfast was typical. Planning on staying there again next year for TCR festival.

Would be nice to have ice machines on each floor. It was only on the first floor.

Room wasn't even the room I booked for,I booked for king size and sofa bed and got a queen size room the room she gave me was somebody else's room. They was short handed on people that clean the rooms so Mines wasn't ready.smelled like smoke, and I made sure everything was clean and empty when I left and never even got my deposit back.

Clean. Generous Breakfast was great . Pool and spa were clean . Everything was clean . Beds were comfy . Air worked great . Definitely the place to stay if you’re going to the at@t stadium .its about a 12 minute drive from this motel to the stadium . We came for a concert . We had a very relaxing stay . Very very clean . Great workout room .

The breakfast was great and the dining area very nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the safe place to stay while waiting to see the High School Football Championships the next day.

The address was so similar to another hotel in your chain that Google Maps brought us to the wrong location first. I would be nice to have a direct link to Google maps or some part stressing this in the confirmation so extra care can be taken to ensure the GPS will take you to the proper hotel.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. And my room was huge! The bathroom could be updated a bit. There was plenty of towels and good toiletries. Staff was friendly checking in and with the continental breakfast was fast and pretty good. Parking spots were adequate and about a half hour from LOV airport. I would stay here again if visiting the area.

Bathrooms need updating. The elevator was a little sketch sounding as well.

It was conveniently located near family we were visiting and in between Dallas and Fort Worth.

When we checked in, we were informed there was no hot water and had the opportunity in the morning to cancel the rest of our reservation. Fortunately, we had enough hot water to shower, but it did feel a little uncomfortable at check in. The staff handled it well.

I had been coming to Grand Prairie for business off and on from September 2022 to January 2023. I stayed at HolidayInn several times before I discovered this little gem. For the price, you guys were an excellent value. When we found out you don't provide daily cleaning service, and that we had to come to the front desk for clean towels, etc...we understood the lower price for the room. But your service is EXCELLENT. Would definitely stay there again.

super limited breakfast menu. powerdered eggs and sausage link....every single morning. If I stay their again, i'll eat out.

Family visit and we were close to them.Clean room with crisp sheets, bed was comfortable. All staff we interacted with were friendly, courteous and neat appearing. No problems with parking, felt safe at this location. We would use this facility again in future visits to Texas.
