Everything! We were in town visiting family for New Year’s and had a really bad experience at another hotel. Moved to this one and let’s just say that moving forward anytime we’re in Fort Worth we will be staying here. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had everything we needed, really appreciated the Dove products. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

No complaints. Everything was excellent.

The staff was absolutely amazing and very attentive. Regardless if I was coming in or leaving they always greeted me with smiles! The rooms were a great size and the beds were pretty comfy. I also love how they have different pillows depending on if you like soft or firm.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was pleasant and helpful no matter what time of the day I came or with the rooms are clean and the hotel was formed everything smelled fresh and inviting.

I'm a very last night of my stay my air conditioner stopped working it wasn't something that could be fixed it happened in the middle of the night. My only other thing I would change is if housekeeping would refill the toiletries on the sink each day.

It's always a good feeling when I walk through the doors. The staffing is consistent, its not new faces but the same, so it's like coming to see family.. I get so excited to see them. And they are so friendly and cheerful. I love that!

Breakfast was great!!! Was a little bit worried about the location when I was reading other reviews, but it turned out to be a good stay. The pool was awesome also!!

I love how friendly and attentive the staff was. I also liked that they did respect the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. The room was really clean, and the environment was excellent! We will be definitely booking again!

Breakfast was good, liked that we didn’t have to pay for parking, room and bed were decent.

Location wasn’t great but not horrible either

the breakfast was very good with a wide assortment and fresh and very clean. I have severe gluten allergies and there was plenty I could eat The lady in charge very friendly and very helpful, Thankyou

you cannot improve perfection. Hopefully they will improve the access to the hotel.

Traffic noise. And the building was so large there were so many people at breakfast the next morning. But, I feel this In all of the DFW metroplex.
