Very nice

The cost of the continental breakfast, especially when you come down and you don’t know about the Continental breakfast price because most hotels with Continental breakfast are free and also when you sit down and grab a biscuit and eggs, there’s no meat or really anything but yet they’ll try and charge you for the full price That was the only bad thing other than that it was lovely

I paid for bed and breakfast however I was told I had to pay for breakfast even after the attendant checked with the front desk. After I finished breakfast I went to the front desk to confirm my booking details and that’s when she admitted that I had actually paid for bed and breakfast. So breakfast lady void my payment then.

I did not like being charged for breakfast twice or even mistrust overlooking information. I felt judged but gave them benefit of doubt.

The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. On our first night there, we had no hot water, but the next morning we did, and then later that night we were without hot water again. They let us use another room so we could shower and even told us we could move into that room without charge. On top of that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast, which unfortunately we did not use. But, they really did care about our needs and did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. The location was excellent! We were right across the highway from Six Flags, which was our primary destination. Not even a 3 minute drive with traffic! The beds and pillows were comfy, and the room was adequate for our needs. The whole hotel was clean and smelled nice. I will definitely stay there again!

The only hassle was not having hot water when we needed it, but the issue was rectified.

Staff was very friendly Room were nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and bedding was nice. Bathroom had everything we need from shampoo to towels. The hotel was in a great location very close to ballpark. Will use this hotel again in the future.

I would have like breakfast to be included in the price of the room.

The staff were all excellent-very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.Close to some restaurants and the cowboys stadium. The breakfast was very good , however an extra charge. We also enjoyed the little bar area. It was a nice meeting spot at the end of the day.

The water temperature in our shower was impossible to regulate. Either scalding hot or cold. We had 3 rooms -in 2 the rooms were cold and hard to adjust the heater unit. In our room the heater unit did not work at all. When we booked our rooms from Booking.com we chose to add the breakfast fee. Upon checking in the front desk said that “they don’t do that” and it did not show we payed extra. They did give us vouchers for the breakfast however as it was listed on my receipt from booking.com

Your assistant manager Chandler she was rude and very disrespectful she lacks customer service I've stayed at several Hilton locations throughout the United States and I've never been treated the way she treated me and my family

It was a very clean motel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

For the price breakfast should have been included. Also, the neck of the bathroom sink faucet was so short it could not be used without getting water all over the bathroom counter.

Large room clean towels and plenty of towels, quiet, very relaxing

The price reflects price without a breakfast included. Or it goes up if you want the breakfast. Should just offer free to every guest. I can only eat a piece of fruit and bagel, I don't want to pay up to 12$ for just that .

everything was great. The breakfast was great, except there were no biscuits & gravy.

The only thing I didn't like was, it was at the end of the hallway. I'm disabled and have difficulty walking very far, other than that, my stay was great.

Staff and Hotel looked up to date and everything looked well coordinated

Pool was small and kids were everywhere running around but overall it was good didn’t get to get in the pool because there was alot of kids in there
