The city view. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms were very clean.

The worst thing is there is no parking at the hotel. You have to pay to Park in a parking lot blocks away. Another issue was there wasn't any bottled water for the coffee maker. I had to go purchase water to make coffee. They told me when I asked to use the water in the bathroom sink 🤮

The bed was comfortable I love it I love the suite bathrooms, staffs were pretty cool the secretaries were nice housekeeping ladies work hard at what they do keeping things clean they're amazing and the lady Laura who prepares the food and cleanse the dining area she's a sweetheart she always stay there herself and also making sure that we're all satisfied 🥰

Now what I didn't like was the boys bathroom stall lock LOL pretty difficult to lock and unlock and also the Rooms doors in general you can hear underneath the other hotel room neighbors.

Ideal location for those travelling around US by train or internal flights. Within walking distance of interesting sites and museums, or use the extensive tram system. Breakfast included was basic, but more than adequate for the visitor.

The neighbourhood is pretty dead at night, and identifying evening dining locations in advance is advisable.

It was clean, quiet, and I felt safe because you needed a key to enter the hotel and elevator. Eddie was pretty kind and gave us some good recommendations to enjoy other than Deep Ellum.

I did not like that they did not have any contacts with any of the nearby parking lots. We have to pay $10 each time we left and return. We spent about 100 in parking fees for our two day stay.

Excellent location. 5 minutes from 6th floor museum ( closed on Monday and Tuesday) and Dealey Plaza. 10 minutes walk to Reunion Tower. Parking lot 15 was a 5 minute walk away. Prepay using QR code in the lobby. Good breakfast.

Room on the small size. Entrance is actually in Jackson Street not South Houston Street which is confusing. Very noisy at night due to road traffic, sounds like NASCAR’s racing up and down.

Location was very convenient to what I was in Dallas for, room had daily service loved this, full breakfast is a plus specially for the vent I attended I had not to get worried about that since there are not many places around. Dallas downtown is a very quiet city and schedules are limited in restaurants.

Only downsize was the lock of the door was lose and i felt in the beginning unsafe, but everything went well. I hope they fix tat soon for future clients.

Wonderful location. Walkable to multiple Dallas landmarks, restaurants, bars, etc. Room was very comfortable, loved the bed, and it had everything that I needed. Morning breakfast was small, but was hot, and still had several options. One morning I had a cheese omelet and bacon, and second day I had a banana and a bagel.

There is no parking, but there was a paid lot four blocks away that allows for an endless in and out option. The property was minimally needing some facilities work, but I know construction and notice everything. My room needed some painting touch ups, the bathroom fan was a tad loud, and the hallway carpet needed a better vacuum job. But overall, the place was clean,and quiet, and I was completely comfortable.

The breakfast was simple - bread, eggs, juices, sausages,muffins. It was centrally located and close to the art museums and kennedy memorial. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee and water was available in the reception area

Very clean hotel and generally friendly staff. Be advised Apple Maps doesn’t perfectly find this hotel but gets you very close.

Parking was unexpectedly messy. Hotel didn’t have a parking lot so had to pay extra for that. Recommended parking lot was somewhat difficult to find and it’s ticket system was having issues.

Proximity to Union station. As we didn’t have a car we relied on the trains. Also very close to the main Dallas attractions. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
