The property is in a great location to many restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk to most of them. Very clean with an outstanding view of the city. The night view is gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the basic if you wish to have a dinner in. The property management company had great customer service. Met us when we arrived and took us to the floor and showed us around. Communication was great.

Even though we were on the 49th floor we still heard the trains during the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. After the first night, you get use to it. A recommendation to the property manager is to provide ice trays so ice is available.

Easy digital check-in, with convenient location and parking. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful.

Nothing - it was great!

I was on the 50th floor so the view was amazing. It's a great location in the the Dallas area to food and activities. The rooms are really nice as well. On the 48th floor, there is a lounge that brings in a good crowd in case you didn't want to go far for a good time out.

It is $45 a day to park I believe. I didn't bring a vehicle to this rental but I'm sure this is information that someone would want to know well in advance before your arrival.

View of the city was fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. Hotel management was very friendly and more accommodating. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. My wife and I felt very welcome and the place felt like home. I’d definitely return to The Mint House in the future.

The location was outstanding and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed watching the jets as they approached DFW and landed. The Big Eye and local attractions are a short walk from the Mint House.

First: It is indicated that someone would be available until 10:00PM to assist guests checking in. We arrived at 9:45PM and the desk was empty. Secondly, the drawers were not aligned and kept coming off their sliders. Thirdly, there were two of us and the "kitchen" only had a set for one. The kitchen is a joke. A kitchen should have a sink. Finally, the day we were leaving, we decided to sleep a little longer before the long drive home. The construction beginning at 8:00AM on the adjoining room did not allow this.

Large, splendid ultra modern room with amazing view. I felt like I was in an episode of Succession. Very clean, quiet and secure. Probably better suited to business travellers than holiday makers. Downtown location is excellent and several eateries close by.

Booked this last minute and very late at night when our flight was delayed forcing a Dallas stopover. Hotel is very tech driven and the online check-in required scanning passport and verifying credit card details even though Booking.com would have alredy paid them. I wasn't entirely happy with this level of digiatal data capture. The hotel is on the 49th floor of an office building so entry after midnight was a bit eery, although the security guard explained how to reach our floor and enter the passcode for our room (he could not leave his desk to go with us). So rather an unwelcoming start.

The apartment was AMAZING! The views were beautiful, and it was very clean and tidy. Exceeded our expectations, the whole space was so lovely and the whole apartment had views! Both the bedrooms and the main living space had the best view of downtown. Check in was super easy and even though we had to take 2 lifts to the apartment it was very fast. The staff on the top floor were also very helpful and kind.

The only thing I was shocked about, was downtown itself. I am from New Zealand so although the city is beautiful, and the streets were very cool - I wasn't used to seeing homeless people and hearing about shootings in the area. The minute we got there we went to 7/11 (only 5 shops down) and a homeless man was arguing with the shop keeper, ended in threats of going to get his gun and coming back to kill him at his work - it's just not what I am used to at all. Other than that, if you want accommodation in downtown, this apartment was perfect for us (2 friends).

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which made everything super convenient. I stayed on the 49th floor, and the panoramic windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Dallas. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Parking was $30 per day, which is fair for such a central location. Overall, a great experience — would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that a few of the kitchen drawers were broken, but it didn’t affect my overall experience

Bed creeped a little

Why did I not know about this place sooner. I normally stay in a hotel when attending an event in downtown Dallas. I saw this place and decided to give it a try. This will now be my go to. This is just like staying in an apartment feeling like home. The bathroom/shower set up was great. Everything was super clean, the staff so helpful and kind. Very secure facility. The views and location could not be beat.

If I had to pick something. The bed was soft but that is a preference and I still had a good night sleep. The only other thing is I should have stayed longer!
