Large, clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms and great water pressure in the showers. The hotel gym was decently equipped and there was also an on site laundry facility where you could wash and dry clothes. Laundry powder could be easily purchased from the check in desk. Location was also great, about a half hour walk to Deep Ellum and the American airlines centre and even closer walk to the nearby train station to take you to Fort Worth + other attractions

The shower only had one temperature and it was very hot. The breakfast was included in the price but it wasnt that great and they only provide polystyrene plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups that youd throw away after one use. I felt like we were at a barbecue/cook out. It's insanely wasteful and would be better to use reusable items that could be washed

Great friendly staff, indoor pool was nice but cold water, breakfast was excellent and huge variety. The room and beds looked and felt clean. Fun downtown location with big historic buildings and parks nearby.

Parking was very expensive in the hotel garage ($45!), or you have to park across the street in public parking($12) not very safe at night, lots of homeless people around, difficult if you have many bags. When I was booking, there was a different price for 2 queen bed vs 2 queen bed suite ... We paid for the suite but the room we were given was a regular 2 queen. A sofa was listed as a feature of the suite and "bedroom 1/bedroom 2" but there was no separation of beds, rooms, and no sofa at all. Not sure if that was a room assignment mistake or the information online is incorrect.

Hotel location and property were great. The breakfast was ok, staff at breakfast and cleaning personnel were great, even the young men in valet were courtesous and kind. My only complaint was the young ladies at the front desk. They were not very friendly. They were talking amongst themselves and I felt when they were asked any questions it was as if I was interrupting their playtime. Not professional at all, they need some classes in hospitality if you are going to work in this type of field. Otherwise, would recommend.

The location was excellent--easy walk to deep ellum and major downtown sites. Great that they served breakfast. The Texas-shaped waffles were a nice touch that didn't go unappreciated. The pool was a decent size and large area, deep enough for laps if you're careful. The room was very spacious, and was conducive to both relaxing and working. Ice machines were on every other floor so it was an easy trip either up or down to get ice.

Getting extra pillows, which were necessary because the pillows were way too soft for my taste, seemed to be a chore. Asked for three and had to go down to reception to get it after I never heard back, and there was one sitting on the front desk for me. While the location was great, be aware that it can get noisy on that stretch due to people driving through with loud engines or blasting music during relatively late hours. If you're looking for quiet, maybe consider a different part of town.

Good hotel for a few nights like a weekend or bussiniess trip. Surprisingly good breakfast, comfy beds, friendly efficient staff. Great location downtown Dallas. Walking distance to sightseeings, restaurants and bars. I can recommend it. Plenty of parking around the corner. Very convinient and cheap(!) considering normal downtown parking. Absolutely no need for valet parking. Use that money for something good to eat or drink 😉.

The hotel is getting outdated. Will need a remodelling in a few years. No big issue for me though.

Great location with many restaurants and bars in walkable distance. The room was big and spacious and the bathroom w as huge! Comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Also had a Starbucks attached to the lobby.

Some of the exercise equipment did not work. Lots of loud street noise until about 1 am - then it was very quiet. Stayed Friday and Saturday so maybe this isn’t the case during the week?

The hotel was very clean, well appointed, and close to lots of dining and entertainment options in downtown.

Parking was a hassle. There was no visible signs about where to park, so I had to drive around while looking for the hotel phone number so I could inquire about where to park. Unfortunately, when I got back around the block to the front of the building, there were so many cars waiting for valet that I had to keep circling the block to avoid blocking traffic. Once I was finally able to get parked and retrieve my car upon checkout, I was charged twice the amount I was told I would pay ($29 quoted but I paid $59). I probably wouldn’t stay here again because the parking was so aggravating and outrageous considering I was there for less than 15 hours.

It was perfect location. Only 5 minutes for our son to pick us up each day. Clean, room was nice. Breakfast good.

No biscuits & gravy for breakfast. Everything else was great. We never got an itemized receipt for our stay. The person doing check out said we would get an email receipt. There was an issue with a check in beyond her control and couldn’t get it right then.

I’m a Starbucks girlie so I loved the fact a Starbucks was attached to the hotel. Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming, kind, professional, fast & efficient. I was very tired and was ready to just get up to my room, show and take a nap before dinner. So I appreciate the fast check-in. I also loved the set up of the room, bathroom & shower. Breakfast was pretty good. Great selections, clean & very accommodating.
