It was a perfectly cool hip, classy hotel! The records and the record player was a great walk down memory lane. And the event that I was attending the margarita ball, it made me so happy that I did not stay there, but was able to walk over comfortably And come back to my hotel and not have to wait in those long lines to get on the elevator.

There was not one thing that upset me or that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was on point. I will say that the homeless people in the park was quite a hoot. They might need to get some help out there, but that’s not your problem.

Beautiful property literally the perfect location. Going to book again soon to check out the restaurant inside. Room was clean and comfy and had a record player! You could choose records as well. It was a dream really. Definitely will stay agin for my next staycation. Staff was lovely very friendly and helpful

Property was clean and modern. Also in a good location of downtown Dallas and an acceptable walk to Deep Ellum.

Awkward encounter with bar staff wherein he would not serve us as he said he was closed but proceeded to serve customers who arrived after us? With respect he owned up to his misgivings when approached and questioned. Duly proceeded to serve us appropriately.

The restaurant on site was great! Ashley served us and she was amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located in downtown so it’s easy to get to everything. There are even a few delicious cafes/coffee shops that are walkable from the hotel. It can get a little noisy outside at night but that’s to be expected in the city. The hotel itself was very peaceful, clean, and beautifully appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

I wish there had been a microwave in the room.

The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. ALL of the staff was amazing and very Very helpful. The location was convenient to attractions downtown and plenty of resturant choices. The hotel resturant was also very nice and the food was amazing. The price for our stay was great as well. Rooms were very clean!

When we checked in, I was given a room with double beds near the elevator. My room was supposed to be a King. Staff was able to fix quickly but the room shared a wall with the elevator...of which you could hear bumping and screeching in the restroom all night; as well as people on it when it stopped on our floor. The record player in our room only worked for the bluetooth so we missed listening to the records in the room. I was also accidently billed for items I did not get. Again staff was amazing and got it all ironed out so over all the stay was great and I would come again...even with staying in the same room.

Proximity to central downtown Dallas area. Lovely restaurant. Comfortable spacious accommodation.Helpful staff.A huge thanks to the helpful staff member ..door person...who used her uber account (which we reimbursed her ) to get us to the airport after 3 failed attempts to have a taxi arrive.

Only one chair to sit in, in a large room designed for 2 people. Would've been good to sit and talk or both watch television.

Staff was great. Early check-in that we requested was granted, and that was so helpful. It was easy in and out of hotel each day.

The room we had was fine, but was close to elevator and a bit loud. Shower glass design seemed a bit off, allowing water throughout bathroom.

The room very spacious, bed super comfy, the room quiet and stylish. Location super - near a lot of restaurants and even iconic eyeball. Staff friendly and helpful.

The only part which I did not fully like was the aircon which is directed straight to the bed. So had to switch it off for the nigh.

We liked how close it was to the majestic theatre and restaurants. The room size, and the bar staff was friendly.

The beds were not that comfortable and neither were the pillows.
