Maria from the reception deserves a raise. She was the best to attend all our needs from checking in to checkin out. She was phenomenal and I hope thebmanagement recognizes this. There is one new staff who is new who was great as well i think she was a trainee but she did an amazing job attending to our needs. Beds were amazing, comfy pillows and shower. Great location with stores really close by

That there is no free water for the room. Loke seriously? It’s 2025. The african american lady (neck length) hair was the worst to be placed in reception. She was frowning the whole time and the way she responds to requests made me feel like im giving her inconvenience. You need to take that woman out from reception or put her under an improvement plan. Wifi was easy if we have a marriott account but that too was very inconvenient. You might want to review your policy in showing an id if we forget the key inside thenroom. How are we suppose to ahow id if we accudentally leave the key in our room? Just think about that.

Mood attitide of reception and or manager when asked a question or asked to explain something. No wifi unless you pay$14.95 per room - no communal wifi.

I thought the staff were friendly and insightful. My room was big and clean with little to no messes to mention. I love that my room came with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

My only gripe is that the tv is too close to the wall which made it hard for me to plug my hdmi cable in the back. Anyone with bulky hands would have difficulties getting an hdmi plugged in. If the tv’s could allow for more hand wiggle room or if a hdmi splitter can be used in every room, then there would not be anymore gripes from me.

Loved the bathroom. There was plenty of space in the room and quiet. We brought our dog and was able to play with her without disturbing anyone else

The restaurant staff wasn't very helpful. Myself and my wife went on 2 separate occassIons (each alone) and couldn't get help so we didn't place an order either time.

Weird music is coming from the atrium. Not sure what that is for, maybe to keep people from using their balconies? Or sitting out in the courtyard areas?? That seems to be the effect!

We didn't eat breakfast there. It seemed to pricey. The staff was excellent. The ambiance is nice. Its a lovely place.

Balcony facing atrium and not city view. Price. And no ATM in lobby. Felt isolated and not 100% safe at ATM machine. Need more breakfast options

The location was the main purpose of getting this hotel. A bonus was how near many attractions were to the hotel, many a walking distance. Staff was very friendly.
