Very neat and clean, modern, nice furniture. Everything is just right, the furniture the colors, the setup. So quiet to enjoy a deep sleep. And location is perfect 10 mins walk to fancy restaurants. A cozy atmosphere. People at the reception are amazingly professional. Welcoming and they are after making you enjoy the stay. Special thanks to the team at the front desk, Marissa, Alexis and Eva are so friendly and offering any help or support all the time. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay.

I LOVE this hotel. It is super close to the places I am usually in town for so I park my car and just walk. It is clean, comfortable and beautiful.

They have now decided to randomly start adding fees. I always prepay my bookings to avoid such charges but they insist that the “resort or destination” fee is new and wasn’t included. So they’ve gone ahead and charged me for that twice. The manager told me that it is on their website but wouldn’t acknowledge that I had already prepaid this stay. Very frustrating.

I loved the location of the hotel and proximity to everything. It is very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar was fantastic! The valet staff was very friendly and on their A game. I also loved that you could not get onto room floors unless your room was on that floor.

The restaurant while good was very pricey for what you are getting. We also booked a package that was supposed to include breakfast but later learned it is only $20/person/night credit you receive and the majority of items are over $20 so except to still pay out of pocket.

The location was perfect when factoring in dining/entertainment. The staff were AMAZING! Shout out to Curtis the concierge for making my husband's birthday trip the best! Front seat staff were AMAZING as well from the food recommendations to their patience with answering any and every question we had. Valet & doorman were super friendly, very attentive and barely allowed us to pick up our own bags (lol) This was our first time in Texas & this hotel will now forever be our go to.

It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were fantastic, love the drinks when we got inside as well as the valet ,grabbing our bags and opening all out doors for us. Those small touches go a long way. Love love the rooftop pool, the bar inside was also great. Several great options to relax while you sip. We will absolutely be back.

They tried to rip us off at the end and still waiting for reimbursement They tried to add a destination charge which when questioned they explained was for the complimentary wifi, bikes, coffee in room and courtesy car I challenged this saying I had not used any of those things and didn’t even know that the courtesy car existed Left a bad taste in mouth which was a shame as apart from that stay had been good

Artsy and nice hotel in a chic neighborhood.

A continuous noise blowing day and night over the bed, coming from some air ventilation system, even when turned off. We were told it does not stop and refreshes the air within the hotel 24/7. Pretty awkward. Blinds got stuck on the second day and on the third day one was falling, so we got a discount after informing reception, which was ok.

From the moment we made it to the hotel, we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 10AM and even held our luggage for us after checkout while we went and at ate lunch before our flight left! The space is very clean and the location is literally perfect! All of the places we visited were literally less than 1 mile from the hotel and we only spent a total of $120 for Uber services during our 3 day stay! You literally cannot beat that! 10/10 recommend!!

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The venue was right next-door.

Convenience came with a price it was a little more expensive. The staff was friendly. However, it’s kind of frustrating when you just need ice and you have to request it. They do not have any particular place you can go get the ice and after three phone calls we went to find the ice on our own, I live in hotels and I understand however, an ice machine is a simple request that would be nice to have access to. Otherwise it was an awesome location by other restaurants that were easily accessible.

The hotel staff are great and super helpful. They arranged a little treat for my children when we arrived which was such a welcome and lovely touch.

The hotel is great, clean, nice rooms etc but I wasn’t overly impressed with the roof top pool. This is my only criticism.
