Luxurious apartment in a hotel with a great location on the upper floor with a view, available gym and two swimming pools on the 4th floor and waterproof on the 19th floor ... the apartment met my expectations in 99% and even exceeded them. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, strong wifi, TV with prime video was great, fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, pots, large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, paper towels. Separate bedroom and living room, private washing machine with dryer and washing capsules, very helpful hotel and remote service (chat from the Sonder application), very efficient check in / out.

The electric sockets in the kitchen didn't work so in order to use the kettle and toaster I had to plug them in either in the room or in the bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are available in the bathroom, but unfortunately the dispensers are attached to the wall in such a way that you cannot use them. In addition, there should be a small bottle of water as a welcome, especially in the summer when in Texas is heat waves.

It was a fun adventure. The email with the lock box code and photos that showed us the way to the Sonder through the Statler turned out to be relatively easy to follow. The location turned out to be perfect for us. It was a 1/2 mile away from the convention center and close to some great restaurants. The location was interesting as it was attached to the Statler Hotel, so we had many shared resources. Everyone that worked for Sonder and the Statler were friendly and helpful.

Having an adventurous spirit, I liked it all. Some may have been turned off by the independence and lack of interaction. I found that to be amazing!!!

Very clean and new high quality furniture. In the center of Dallas for a good price, floor 8 and higher (but I hadnt a view on sights or known skyscrapers from my room). Fitness/pool on the 4th or 5th floor was also amazing and I had acess to the 19th floor rooftop bar which also comes with a pool but this one is cold.

There is a noise of the AC all the time, evdn if I turned everything off but the second night I really got used of it. Nice TV but unfurtunally it is not possible to watch tv channels (even if there is a cable), only chromecast.

It was a great little studio apartment with good amenities like dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and full kitchen. Well fitted out and very comfortable. Aircon worked well as it was very hot and humid outside but cool inside. Misty who handled our checkout was amazing. She went above and beyond by ringing and booking a cab to the airport and locking in a great deal. All with such warmth and charm

As mentioned on previous posts, it is abit of a juggle trying to find where to check in and having to go through the garage was abit off putting.but I had factored that in after reading the reviews

Great location, rather a very nice apartment than a hotel room, well-equiped though (which is good thing). Would be great for a long-term stay.

Little bit messy (kitchen was greasy, not clean), some minor issues (faulty power outlet, leaking dishwasher...), to sum it up like an apartment without taking enough care of it. Also an entrance to the Sonder part through a valet parking was wierd, but I didn't mind.

Absolutely great apartment with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra toilet. Huge lounge and kitchen. Access to a lovely swimming pool (not the bar on the top floor). Took a couple of ubers to get around, which were reasonable as there were 3 of us. Would definitely use sonder again if they are all of a similar set up.

Some cosmetic touches need to be done, and this would be a 10/10.

We loved Sonder at Commerce. We loved that it was an apartment with kitchen/living and bedroom seperate. Felt like we had a little home instead of a hotel room. At first our air conditioning and wifi didn’t work but the staff were quick to respond and gave us a different room. When you download the Sonder app you can talk to someone 24/7 about your stay and they can assist. It was great!!

Nothing, it was a great stay.

Everything was fine..and just great.. except ., my only issue is the "$ 300 charge for lost key" fine. What's up with that ?? I didn't lose the key.. but if I ( or anyboy else) lost the key , we would certainly not be happy about this charge. Makes me paranoid and in that case I would probably not stay at Sonders again, just for the fear of a $ 300 charge if I lose the key.

Comfortable bed, spacious apartment, excellent location, good AC, nice bathroom and toiletries, coffee making things provided and laundry facilities. We arrived after hours and were provided detailed and clear instructions, felt like a bit of a treasure hunt :)

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment was great with all the facilities we needed (except a broom / dustpan and brush / vacuum) Having a dedicated lift was great.

We did not like there only being one lift to service the apartments as it resulted in long waits.
