The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The gym was well equipped. The location was ideal for all the museums I was planning to visit.

The entrance is underwhelming. Sometimes the front desk was unmanaged and sometimes when managed I was ignored when I came in. The coffee machine in the room was difficult to use so I ended up using instant coffee. The hot water coming out of the machine splattered over de floor.

I loved how friendly everyone who was visiting and working at the hotel was. I love the privacy and view.

I didn’t like that the hotel took $200 from my card at the time of my stay holding it for 5-10 days. I wasn’t informed on the hold the hotel does on your card on file, it was very inconvenient for me. By that happening they took all of the money I had to my name at the moment for that hold.

Beautifully designed and perfectly run hotel. Magnificent views from every possible window. Despite being booked solid during the weekend, with corporate events in the meeting rooms, it never felt crowded, rushed, or anything but calm and classy. This place perfectly balances urban beauty with the feeling of sanctuary. Every person we interacted with at this hotel was beyond courteous and friendly. Timeless architecture made for a truly lovely stay.

Surge pricing during eclipse meant paying a lot for the room.

Just a beautiful building with great guest rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Montage was excellent and the bar was great. We stayed there a year ago and will continue to visit.

The in room coffee maker is worthless. Could never get it to provide more than a quarter cup of coffee for us. Suprisingly bad device for such a great property.

Just a beautiful, sleek, modern and spacious building. The most stunning downtown views from the sky lobby and every guest room. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the arts district and Clyde Warren park, all within walking distance. Every staff member we encountered, from the parking valet to the bartender were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back.

Location was great regarding our conference at the fairmont. Ammenities were significantly better than around the area. Food was incredible and the setting for Vincents bar was beautiful.

I spent 4 days here. A package was delivered late to me when I had already left the hotel. Since then, I’ve trying to contact the staff in different ways, but never received a single answer. Unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
