The front desk lady who was working was so nice, sweet and helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name- but I mentioned a minor inconvenience about the side door not unlocking and she called for maintenance right away and it was fixed almost immediately. The facilities were very nice. I would stay here again.

I found a chicken wing bone under the side table which was really gross. Double check for thorough cleaning but otherwise, I was very happy with my stay!

Had problems trying to get the airport shuttle, no directions on the website or at the airport. After a 13.5 hour flight, the last thing you want to do is hang around for another hour trying to work out how to get to the hotel. However once we were able to make contact with reception at the hotel, they were great at sorting it for us and letting us into our room early

The staff was wonderful! Very caring! Very helpful! We were part of the DFW American Airlines weather issue with flight cancellations, etc.

We got in late the night before and didn't realize that breakfast ends at 9AM. There were 3 children in our party of seven. 9AM is a little early for non business trip customers. We took an Uber to the hotel which meant we were without a vehicle. (The staff got us to a restaurant via the courtesy bus!)

I was traveling with my daughters for a gymnastics event. I made the choice to stay because of location, the looks of the facilities when I was on line. I wanted to feel safe and I did.

all the construction. However it has to be done so. The signs did a great job getting around the construction so Everything and everyone was wonderful.

Great location for easy access to airport. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful after we had left a pair of prescription glasses there accidentally. They made sure to find them for us and hold them until our return trip to pick them up. We appreciated their helpfulness & communication!

My daughter got sick while we were staying there I called the front desk 4x and ask about housekeeping coming to clean just the area where my daughter threw up. I didn't need the entire room cleaned,and after the fifth time when I was about to get irate I just asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean it up, which she didn't have , so then I just asked or can you switch rooms and she didn't even want to do that. I'm a guest staying there I should know what to do on my side of the register and y'all's. And the hotel being understaffed is not my fault.

Beds were comfortable, rooms spacious. Big bathroom. Nice breakfast.

Front desk lady was exceptionally rude. We were obviously taking up too much of her time just checking in. She needs a new job. The van driver who took us to the airport in the morning was also quite rude, didn’t seem too happy to have his job 🙁

After being stranded in dallas overnight with plain maintenance issues and 16 hours of travel there wasn’t much to be stoked about. Jennifer at the front desk quickly changed that. She upgraded my room, provided me toiletries, and bottled water for the night. she was pleasant and professional despite the late hour and long night she had ahead of her.

Breakfast was OK, I would prefer a true buffet.

Only two small complaints. One of the cushions on the loveseat in my room was coming apart at the seams and you should consider slow close toilet seats so I don't scare the crap out of myself in the middle of the night.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice room, facilities and location. I was stuck over night due to missed flight connection and I was happy to find a place that made me not mind the travel inconvenience.

Only one minor detail. The bedding wasn’t as comfortable as I typically experience at other hotels.
