Staff friendly, amazing views and beautiful hotel

The parking. It’s a nice short walk. The parking garage is for valet only. The card didn’t work the entire time we were there. Pushed the help button and the speaker was splotchy. No physical person was in the ticket booth. Only saw security once.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower and a lotion dispenser and hand soap on the counter. The air conditioner was great. I liked the push-button controls for the window coverings. Comfortable beds.

The hill walking up from the self parking. While this gentle incline is good exercise, it's unpleasant after a day of activities.

Probably the most luxurious hotel i've ever stayed in. The views were insane, ambiance top knotch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Recommend the valet instead of self-park.

Finding the entrance was a little confusing, we went around in circles multiple times before we found it. This happened everytime we came back to the hotel. Maybe bigger signs would be helpful? Pool was smaller than in the pictures.

This property was overall perfect for us as just arrived in from a long haul flight. There was a very well priced coffee shop which sold sandwiches and snacks also, a bar and restaurant all on site so everything we needed to hand. The location of the hotel is excellent being right on top of Downtown Dallas which is easily covered on foot. Our room was clean and spacious and serviced each day of our 3 day stop and had a great view of Dallas. The gym facilities were excellent, offering lots of choice. The hotel also had local parking available.

I didn’t like that the valet parking was not on offer. I felt that the pool area was disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures in reality. I also thought the restaurant prices were very costly.

The hotel is located right next to major highways and an observation tower. As such the location is certainly convenient to reach, although there is nothing much within walking distance (does anyone walk anywhere in Dallas?). The property is new, with spacious rooms and upper floors have great views. High-end feel to it. The beds are good, the AC is quiet, and the hotel has restaurants and some shops.

My safety deposit box was broken.

I liked the lobby lounge area with the fountain and the elevators overlooking this area Ask for a room on a high floor and get a room with the skyline view Room was clean, nice quality bedsheets Felt like good value at 170/night If price was higher I would probably stay somewhere more central though

The location is not super central There are tea bags in the room but no kettle, when I requested one it took a while to be delivered and it was full of limescale

I really liked the overall ambiance, atmosphere, and staff.

I didn’t like the bathroom in my room (1504) because the shower was not clean and did not drain well. After 5 minutes in the shower, we were in standing water because of a drain issue. This has to be an issue for the previous customer because we were impacted in the first night.

We got a room on the 14th; from our side, it had an excellent view of the sunrise and view of McDermott Bridge and its surroundings. The hotel is easily reachable from the highway. The valet handling was quick.

The late-night dinner in the room was a bit pricey; there was no mini-bar or snacks. Also, the air conditioner kept running, shuttling, blowing cold air, and pausing despite being turned off.

I like the Hyatt Regency. Everyone there was amazing and. Very kind and polite.

What i didn't like is that when you ask housekeeper to bring you kleenex or whatever. They didn't want bring it and it made me feel like if they think they paid for it. Anyway you guys need to tell your people not to treat your guest like that. Because of your customet is why they had jobs to pay their bills. Thank youu

I loved how elegant and bug the property was! They had seating options for relaxing, dining options to eat, spacious rooms, and a self serve concessions stand. The room had everything we need in it and the shower was CLEAN. The view we had of Dallas was impeccable and every worker was kind. This is most definitely a must stay at hotel.

I didn’t like the automatic streaming options on the tv.
