Room service breakfast was exceptional. Fresh, hot, timely. Very good indeed.

Slightly disappointed with the in room bar. Good snacks, wine, but bourbon/liquor choices were mid level. Would have been nice to have ice in the ice bucket upon arrival. Asked the porter to bring ice and it never arrived. Had to call and request it again. A small thing, but this is a premium property. We stayed at the Ritz Dallas two weeks ago, and there was ice waiting for us in the room. I do like the Mansion bar and live music better than the bar at the Ritz. Well done.

Great rooms, staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a wonderful outdoors terrace next to the restaurant. But it’s most of the time closed so you’re kind of forced to be inside in the AC while outside it’s super nice. A cabana at the pool will set you back $300 per day.

WE have stayed before and loved it. This time not as good. There were weddings there the weekend we were there so might have been too much for them to handle. Just wasn't as good.

The bathroom was small and had to literaly squeeze into part of bathroom with the toilet. Restaurant was not as good as before.

No covered parking and given the daily room rate and exclusivity of the property this is inexcusable. My car was covered in leaves and bird droppings!!!! The valet service was $25 per day. Could they not have wiped the cars clean?

The service at this hotel is IMPECCABLE!! Not only is the property very well maintained and beautiful, but EVERYONE that I had the pleasure to interact with, has been better than the last. I've stayed here twice, and I'd do it 1000 times....this property really is the pinnacle of opulence and service. Everyone should take note...

I love the opulence of the hotel, I like any rosewood, but have been a fans of the mansion for many years. Everything was great. I just wish that my room was on a higher floor with a view.

Love staying here. So comfortable and the staff is courteous and accommodating. Room size is great for 2 people to relax without being in each others way.

rosewood mansion on turtle creek did not disappoint. From their caring and attentive staff, to the beautiful facilities, there isn’t one thing that I disliked about this hotel. definitely will recommend this hotel to friends & family, and would love to come back again in the future!
