I am 63 years old and unfortunately just not the vibe I want. I stayed because it was a crossed the street from my daughter's apartment. The staff was great EXCEPT for the pool staff. I booked a cabana for $500 for 3 hours with a $97 mandatory tip but our cabana wait staff individual was NOT good at all. The only part that was great was the hotel bar. The front deck staff was great when the air conditioner in my room broke. Gave me no issue switching rooms. The rooms are confusing and the hotel SHOULD give you instructions when checking in on how to operator the lights in the room.

I enjoyed the hotel. The aesthetic was nice and it was very picturesque. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in a great location very close to everything. The food at the restaurant was very good.

The minibar in the room is fully stocked but, the cost of everything was a bit much. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and didn’t receive any acknowledgment. Not that we needed it but, it would have been a nice gesture. The rooms have a lot of technology but you aren’t provided with any instruments tons on how to use any of it.

The room was nice and spacious. The view was great even though we were on the 7th floor. The facilities were nicely decorated and we had a nice quiet stay, no disturbances which was really nice. The bed was very comfy and the rainfall shower was really nice. The area has some nice restaurants within walking distance so you can explore the area and get a nice meal as well.

Parking was the main issue. The $55 valet parking per day was a bit expensive considering we paid a nice price for the room we selected. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, however, the parking is every 12 hours and you have to go into the app and update it which is a hassle to remember every 12 hours if you are staying more than one day. Would like to see self parking in the garage in the future for a reduced rate. The garage next to the hotel is for valet only. There is limited free parking on the street if you can snag a spot, but that's not guaranteed. Future travelers should be prepared especially if the hotel is hosting parties or events as it gets even worse.

It was our first time at this hotel, and we really appreciated. The hotel decoration is modern and fancy. We were thrilled about the red shower. Everything is red, even the elevators. The restaurant was really nice too, we only went for breakfast, but they also have a famous brunch with DJ during the weekends. The valet staff was very friendly too.

We had a problem with the elevators (three of them were broken during our stay). Unfortunately there were a large group of young adults that were there for a Cotton Bowl game and they made a lot of noise during the night. And we missed a coffee machine in our room, we only had some tea bags and a kettle. But besides that, everything was awesome during our stay.

The fact that you can get food, drinks and coffee just downstairs throughout the day was great. Our room was always made and cleaned quickly by housekeeping, everywhere was so clean and the staffs were really nice. The pool was nice. A plus was also the free car ride the hotel provided to anywhere 3miles or less from the hotel.

Just the fact that our room key kept getting deactivated and not working for whatever reason. We had to go the desk about 4 times to have it reactivated. That was just a bit inconvenient. They eventually sent someone to come check out the door by the 4th time.

LOVED every single thing about this property. The staff makes you feel like royalty. There is a car service that will take you within a 3 mile radius (make sure to tip well that is how they make money for driving). The room was spotless and state of the art. The beds were the most comfortable I have probably EVER slept in. The shower is huge and awesome. There is a stocked fridge and bar in the room if you choose (we did not). The bar was fantastic… the “shag room” was an awesome 70’s vibe that my daughter loved to sit in for her 21st birthday. The bartender recognized my special needs son and brought him a soda in a plastic cup with a lid. The staff checks on you to make sure everything is up to your liking. It was our first time ever staying at a Virgin property but will be seeking them out when we travel. I just wish they were in more cities so we could stay at more! Located in the design district of Dallas… very safe area. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel when in the Dallas area!

Nothing. This is an exceptional property!

This was our first time at a Virgin hotel, and I was excellent. The hotel is very cool and well decorated. The bar was lively had both delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. We also enjoyed the breakfast menu. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The room has a very robust bar and snack selection. The shower was quite large and I especially enjoyed the separate makeup vanity. You can tell they had a "consumer mindset" when designing and outfitting the room - a lot of very nice extra touches, including a wireless phone charger and yoga mat.

There wasn't much we didn't like! The only thing that was a little odd very the light switches and automatic lights. It took us a few tries to figure out what did what. The closet area has automatic motion lights which were great, except for in the middle of the night when someone went to use the restroom and light filled the bedroom.

Stayed at Virgin Hotel Dallas and was impressed with the modern, thoughtful design throughout—both inside and out. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the location. Great city views and a solid location overall. The furniture by the pool could use a refresh, but it didn’t take away from the experience. All in all, an above-average stay that I’d recommend.

Very hip and modern atmosphere. Restaurant had delicious brunch. Walk in shower? Incredible. Had a city skyline view in my room as promised. Big fluffy robes already in the room for us. Full sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower and they all smell expensive.

Pillows coulda been better. They were kinda just... flat? There were no prices on the mini bar as well. No telling how much I just paid for two Dr. Peppers. Wish the curtains opened a little sider as well for such a big window.

We were out of power for a couple of days so we decided it was time to book a hotel, chose Virgin. Our miserable week turned into a wonderful staycation!

The fee for parking. I believe, parking should be included in the booking. They did offer a remote parking a little less than block away but it would make this hotel much more special if parking was included for guests, especially the ones that book a higher tier rooms like we did.
