Had a appointment at Baylor Scott Hospital for some test and this Hotel couldn't have been any closer. Very accommodating, rooms were better than expected. Staff was right on and friendly. Price was OK except for being charged for a support dog, which they told me at checkin there would be NO CHARGE. Originally signed up for parking across the street at a opened parking lot, as nothing was noted about parking. The lot didn't look safe and couldn't come and go. Once ya park you can't leave until your time expires. After getting to the Hotel, we found you can park in a parking garage right next door. Which was a blessing as it ended up raining. There is also a fee for using the parking garage, which I wasn't aware of until checkout. But wasn't no big deal, other than not being aware of that. Definitely will stay again as I have future appointments at Baylor Scott Hospital.

Wasn't able to enjoy the pool as it was raining. But y'all can't control the weather 😀

The location was excellent, near the hospital and easy to get too. The breakfast was excellent with wide range of things to pick from.

The self-parkinf was alittle high at $19.00. I arrived around 4 pm and left next morning around 7:15 am for the hospital. I didn't know I had to pay for parking, I was given a parking voucher on arrival and told where to park in parking garage. I assumed that took care of parking, but $19.00 was charged to my credit card. Also, the little hotel market is expensive. I didn't want to go out to get something to eat, so I bought a chicken pot pie and bottle of tea which cost $15.00.

The staff was really friendly. Breakfast ⁷ good with lots of varieties..

We had to park in a parking lot and walk around the building in the dark to get ba5& ck in the hotel. It was really scary.. dirty towel and trash are not pickup by house keeping daily. Customer has walk down stairs to get fresh towels and dispose of the trash themselves. The room was very old musky smell from carpet. We keept spraying airfreshner.

Because of the direction we were driving upon arrival, we passed up the hotel due to poor signage. The tall garage blocks the view of the actual hotel. We were not a fan of having to use the garage, (which seemed safest being downtown) using an elevator and crossing outside to access the hotel entrance while lugging our belongings.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The parking situation needs some help. Maybe an entrance from the garage side would help. If you are alone and come back at night it's a little scary walking around to the front door to get in. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

Beautiful building, we were there because my mom was in the hospital and it was right across the street. I loved being able to just walk over to the hospital and not have to drive in downtown Dallas traffic

I really liked this hotel overall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location was good for what I needed and parking garage was fine, though a little pricey. Breakfast was fine, though we found some local places we liked better.

It took several weeks to clear up a billing issue where I was charged more than the Booking.Com price. This did eventually get corrected.

Standard breakfast fare. Nothing special but had a variety of items to select. Toppings for oatmeal were plentiful.

Although the room had a thermostat, it still required using the window unit to cool the room. Strange...

The location was perfect for our time in Dallas. The little market area in the lobby was super convenient for grabbing some snacks. The parking garage was located right next door to the hotel. Even though the hotel is across the street from the hospital, it wasn't too loud at night. There was a billing discrepancy at check out that the Front Desk wasn't able to immediately handle so I left my information for the manager and it was handled within 48 hours of my check out.

The building fire alarm went off for a brief time two of the three mornings we were there. Not sure why but it didn't last for too long.

Staff was so kind and attentive, we had an amazing view of the skyline of Dallas, room/bathroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable/the sheets were so soft. Hotel was in a great location with parking garage next door and hotel felt very safe.
