I loved the breakfast and the spacious dining area on the 2nd floor. It was nice to not be crammed down in the lobby and have space to spread out. The made to order pancakes were a nice touch. Having fresh eggs and fresh fruit was so nice! The room had a nice desk at which to work, we really appreciated that and how comfortable the set-up was.

The pillows on the bed in the room were terrible, so thin. I'm allergic to feather pillows and when they brought us different pillows upon request the guy couldn't speak/didn't speak English and couldn't confirm that they didn't have feathers in them. They were marginally thicker at least, but overall this is a great hotel with absolutely awful pillows. There was also no TV remote in our room, but eventually our second night we got one.

Our stay at the Element hotel was excellent, we stayed 6 days and our room was very nice and clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and helpful That made our stay even more pleasant . Very very hospitality. I do plan to come back to Dallas in the future for business and pleasure and of course I will make the Element Hotel my stay in the future.

It was nothing I didn’t like.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and I really appreciated that the breakfast included a gluten free muffin, as that's not always the case. I will happily return to this hotel!

It's very nice and comfortable. Customer service is very friendly and easy to work with. This was our second stay at this location and we both talked about how comfortable the bed was! The shower is also very unique and nice to relax in.

The room size is a bit small, BUT it's not an issue. We only need to sleep there. There's a king bed and a chair and a desk and room to stand around and get ready for the day, so it has all the amenities and is fine for us. But if I were staying for more than 1 or 2 nights and had to be in there for hours on end, I might start to feel claustrophobic.

The bed is very comfortable. This room has chipped countertops and flooring. Water pressure was great. The night staff check-in person needs to be fired or go through more extensive training on credit card systems.

Everything, the staff, cleanliness, service, comfort, ease at check-in, parking, and last but not least - breakfast.

Just one thing, the walls between our room and our neighbors were really thin. We could hear them and they could hear us.

Very modern rooms and well stocked. Alot of extras included (breakfast and a cocktail hr). Very clean and very friendly staff.

No hot tub (not a requirement but always nice to have) while the rooms are very clean and well stocked they are definitely showing signs of wear. Breakfast was repetitive( same items served)

Our check-in was at 3. We didn't get in our room until 3:50. There were several others awaiting for their rooms as well. We had a 5 o'clock meet and greet, so there was stress added where it didn't need to be.

Attractive. Fantastic staff-every one of them! Nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Warm during very cold weather.

The breakfast. Minimal choices. Stale bread. By the time I placed warm-not hot-food on my freezing plate and sat down, all food was cold. Plastic utensils, cocktail napkins. Dallas Love planes approach across the front of the building(odd # rooms). They were loud. For over $400/night, I would really expect better.

I didn't like that the room they assigned us didn't have the lights or the TV working and they moved us to another room but that one no longer had a view of downtown 🫤
