Awesome location with affordable pricing. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi spa. Within walking distance of several places or a quick UBER over to some others. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I opted to have breakfast included in the price of the room and found it to be convenient and worth the price. The food and service were fantastic. The room was clean and had thick walls. You couldn't hear a lot going on from other rooms on the floor even though one room was having a late night party on Saturday. I only noticed because I was already awake. The only bad things I could say about the property are: Chlorine levels in the pool and lacuzzi were very high, which is to be expected. The tub in our room drained very, very slowly which and you could smell the pipes. The highlights are the staff, the quiet, the service, and food/drinks if you're staying in.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and it was fun that the TV was on when we entered the room showing a message welcoming me by name with great photos of Texas in the background.

The door to the bathroom was a barn door that didn't offer privacy AT ALL! The way the bathroom was designed, anyone walking around in the bedroom would have a clear view of the toilet through the large gap between the closed door and the wall. I thought we took a photo but unfortunately only took a picture of the floor that wasn't very clean. Everything else appeared to be clean.

Stayed there with my sister and friend. Our stay was nice. The staff was very friendly. Greeted us with excitement when we arrived. Spoke to us every single time we came in and out of the hotel. Very friendly! Food was surprisingly good and the drinks. We ate breakfast Sunday morning. Ordered drinks a couple times. Room and bathroom was clean Location was great(we walked like 10 mins) to go to restaurants nearby Pool was a nice size

In the room, one side didn’t work when it came to the outlets. We couldn’t plug up anything near the bed. Our telephone didn’t work. We told staff multiple times, but it still didn’t seem to reset or anything. It wasn’t a huge biggie. Not sure if this has changed since Covid, but we thought that the cleaning stuff would come through and tidy up the room and take out trash. We stayed Friday through Monday. So we thought cleaning crew would show up once to clean up, but never did.

i loved everything about this hotel!! clean, polite staff, good location!! only downside was the ice machine on the floor was broken.. I definitely plan to visit more!! oh yeah for some reason im still unable to get in my honors account

Staff were very professional and assertive.

Had nothing to do with the property but the room next to us last night had their tv blaring, a screaming baby and arguing off and on all night. This is why we requested a later check out time this morning. Other than that it was amazing!

The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive. Particularly wanted to mention Kathryn and Richard.

Housekeeping is only on alternate days. They didn’t really clean anything, they just changed the towels. Toilet and bathtub were not cleaned. Used wash cloths were left in the bathroom.

Everything was GREAT! Chris & Caroline from the front desk were so helpful & friendly. The gentleman from the bar was very nice. EVERYONE was nice & friendly. They had plenty of options for breakfast & even had dinner available. The entire facility was very clean & the beds were comfortable.

It's nothing major, but the jacuzzi wasn't working 😕

Upon arrival, there were no luggage carts available to transport the luggage from the car. Then one became available, I had to wait until my turn came. It seemed that maybe it was only one in the hotel. Not a good start for a hotel stay.

The staff were very warm and welcoming on arrival. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows. The en suite shower room was spotless with nice towels and complimentary soaps etc The free wifi was good and it was easy to travel around from this location.

The breakfast was not to my taste.

Never stay there was charged due to a computer error. My money was taken did not even stay at the hotel. I was told there’s nothing I can do about it.

The manager and District manager family or general manager I should say cannot help refund my money when I computer error was made I was charged for a room a month early that I didn’t even stay at
