I was kinda ifyy about this hotel but i can actually say it was a nice quiet and comfortable stay breakfast was good the coffee is great!!for those coffee lovers the two girls in the front i believe there names where Bera and Reed were very helpful thank you for making it a good stay for me great job i will be staying again if i ever go to addison again

the vending machine wanted a water bottle machine took my money twice did not have time to call the number on machine wasted $6.00 for a water andgot nothing

Back door which was beside my room was slamming really bad and making loud sound. Having a breakfast is a positive thing for a hotel, and this one has. But it was not that good. But since I don’t have any experience in American hotels, I can not copmpare. My experiences are from other continents

The Best Western is on a nice side street away from traffic and a block away from all kinds of restaurants.. The rooms are large and clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. The building is very well maintained.And the parking lotis very well lighted.

No real complaints. The breakfast could have been better. when I ate there was no yogurt and almost no fruit.The key entry to the back door was broken allowing non-guests to enter.

The location is pretty great, quiet, and charming. Plenty of options for breakfast and a W/D ON site for people who like to do their own laundry and such.

Breakfast could have lasted longer

Room was very nice and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was mostly empty by 8:30am. Not well maintained. Bacon very watery and so thin was see through and not really cooked. Never seen that before. Eggs were prefabricated like tiny frisbees. 2 of 3 juices empty but water was good and cold.

Quiet, location..nothing fancy..good price for the money...Front desk asked me about my stay, my trip there...she was very nice

Staff excellent and very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was healthy with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Great coffee machine with cappucino, mocha, hot chocolate, etc. Rooms comfortable.

The hotel is located in a great area. You can step right outside and walk to several near by choices of food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with all the basic amenities. Breakfast was typical with the usual fare of eggs, bacon, fruits, coffee, juice etc...good for a quick morning bite. For the price it is a fair deal.

Not much bad to say. If I were to nitpick I'd say the overall facility is not a new structure. It is up to date and well maintained. Just nothing fancy.

Everything went smoothly, from check-in, to getting into our room, to getting breakfast every morning. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, the staff was courteous and helpful. All amenities worked well (except for accessing the side door closest to our room with our key card). The location of this hotel was just perfect. Minutes from everything I needed.

The side door closest to our room wouldn't open using our key card throughout our entire stay. We had to walk to a different side door, but looking out of our window, we saw other guests get access to the door closest to our room with their key card. It was really inconvenient at nighttime.
