Customer service does exist. If you want to experience it, stay at this hotel. The staff makes the visit phenomenal. The room is clean and everything functioned. It was a comfortable stay in a great area with a lot of things to do.

Not a fan of the choices in the little cafe. It's limited and very pricey. There are so many places to eat, it's not a big deal. Would have been happier with just better coffee.

No continental breakfast, charged $8 per day by hotel for parking. Also I’m a coffee drinker, but the coffee maker in the room was dirty & unsanitary.

The employees were super nice and the hotel was very, very clean, spotless!!

The only thing that I didn't like was that the water in the bathroom sink had very little pressure and a slow stream.

The walk to the elevator from the lobby was long, awkward, and somewhat confusing. It was a bit of a maze initially.

The hotel is starting to show its age. Not as nice as 5 years ago. Also the customers and parking lot, is not as " safe " as years ago. :/

It's central to our needs. Addison is very safe. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The Marijuana smoke from a room that permeated the hallways.

The room was mostly very clean and comfortable. It was in walking distance of numerous restaurants.

My room had a distinct moldy smell.

Everything, but if I had to point out a couple of things. Rooms, rates, and location. Rooms are amazing and for the price, your walking distance of a ton of restaurants. Overall it was an amazing time and they were very accommodating for a large group family vacation.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the hours for the Starbucks that's on location but even then there was one 2min away.

The location of hotel was great. The a/c unit was the coldest I've ever experienced which was great when it is over 100 degrees outside. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Shower was decent.

Pillows are terrible but most hotels don't have good pillows. The A/C was cold but very loud, we couldn't even hear the TV and it kept us awake cutting on and off all night. The elevators were quite a long way from the lobby.
