stayed at home 2 suit for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the kitchen amenities were good and much appreciated. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with the sound on the TV — the hotel staff did come to check it, but unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel for my Thanksgiving holiday stay. I can honestly say that this is the cleanest hotel property I've ever been to. The rooms are well kept and everything worked very well. Parking is very accessible and plentiful. The staff was BEYOND wonderful - we were always greeted with a smile and comforted by the 'above and beyond' attitude of the team. The vast options at breakfast was a good touch and was regularly cleaned and changed out.

Location was great for events we attended during our stay. Everything you could need was with a 3 miles radius.

Great experience overall…I think the only thing that could make someone stay even greater is staff being more knowledgeable about that events around hotel.

Great location for conferences at other hotels in the areas. Loved the gym, laundry facilities, big fridge and dishwasher. Staff super nice.

Not many vegan options for breakfast. Cereal and berries good, but no plant-based milk or yogurt.

All staff from reception to cleaning were very kind. My kids loved the pool and channels available for them. They also Loved the fresh waffles. Looking forward to out next stay!

My suite was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. The facilities were very clean! The hotel is in a very nice area near restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highway.

They need to improve where the breakfast entrees are stored before getting them. It’s not hot enough. The eggs and sandwiches are cold by the time you walk to your table😮

breakfast great, staff friendly. we always chose this hotel because of convenience and all the amenities! this was probably our 4th or 5th stay and our grown children also stayed here. also location of many great eateries!

can't think of a thing so far, maybe offer lower rate to return guests!

The property is very well maintained and in a great location to get to some food and do shopping. The two bed suite with the couch was perfect for our stay. They actually had the right number of towels for our party, which is very rare. Add in the friendly and helpful team working and it's a winner.

The only thing remotely "negative" would be maybe adding a few more breakfast options. But really that's stretching it to find something negative.
