The people were nice, but there is other breakfast. a man in the kitchen It was very wicked to people just for egg and bread. I didn’t like that the way we’re treating people because of food not me, but I do see what he have a very bad attitude to other people. , those are customers that comes to lodging Lodge in. The Hotel

Location and Conveniences laundry, pool, and lounge area

Add meat to breakfast menu, maintenance coin operated laundry machines. Washer broken. There is a "sound of something "running" ' during the day. The vending machine is not easily accesible, and no laundry products, detergent, dryer sheets or conditioner available.

If you ever go to qualitysuites Addison-Dallas there is a guy name Mr Paul who does the morning breakfast and he is helpful not just for that department but an all around person who makes sure your taking care of

It wasn’t a five star hotel but honestly for the price and location it was for me. We were over there to shop at the galleria and it was extremely close to everything we wanted and needed so why waste our coin on an expensive fancy hotel. It was safe well lit and not noisy at night ( I had a toddler and baby and room was big enough for a playpen with more than enough room)

I mean of course the bedding could have been better but like I said for the price well above my expectations.

Well my first room was a nightmare but once I upgraded to the executive King suit I was fine!

The AC units all have black mold, and the store is always bare. Also they charge a 100 deposit and never waive it even though they're a choice hotel, and voice waives deposit if you pay with card. **This is not the hotel for people with severe allergies, and breakfast has been pretty scraggly....

The room was very large !! Personal hot tub was excellent!! I had working AC, fridge, TV and hot water !! Room was clean. Lots of space and many restaurants in the area

The trash was kept on the other side of our room in a stairwell. Oh my goodness a good cup of coffee is required to start the day off and there coffee was so weak you can see completely through it. Breakfast was horrible. Basically your choices are waffles, cereal , yogurt and bananas The gym hasn’t been open in years and the pool water was very cloudy

Room was big enough, mattress was so comfortable exactly like my bed. Breakfast attended and front desk was helpful, also allow us for late checkout. We will be back again next month.

GPS confused us with Belt line rd and Arapaho rd entrance, later on figured it out, actually that was my bf fault.

Loved it!!!! The Jacuzzi tub was so big and relaxing, the room? Was big and perfect for myself and my 3 kids!

A lot of weird people outside late at night but police were close by

The location was ok, however, as a single woman there were moments when I didn’t feel safe because there undesirable people there.

The elevator really needs to be renovated, the flooring was all broken.

The breakfast was delicious. Better than your average continental breakfast. The staff was very polite and friendly.

It’s says that the hotel allows no smoking but every now and then I’d get a whiff of smoke in the hallway 😏. That’s my only complaint.
