Room was well presented and spacious, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. Great restaurant in walking distance (Mario Seafood) great food.

The reception staff on checkin was to busy on her mobile to greet us and left us standing for several minutes, remote batteries to TV were flat, hotel could not provide new batteries, when room was clean the garbage was left on the floor, towels and bath mat where removed and not replaced😡 when I reported to reception I was informed there was no house keeping until next morning, again receptionist on her phone and appeared couldn’t be bothered, she was talking to her mother. Not a good front for any business.

Room was clean staff was friendly and checkin and checkout were both seamless. The elevator was very quick and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the tv was a good size and the channel options were ideal.

The thermostat in the room didn’t work very well and we were cold for the majority of our stay which made it hard to sleep. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything next door or the staff walking by having conversations. There was a weird smell in the hallways, on our floor it smelt like something had burnt and on the first floor it smelled like chlorine and feet from the pool.

I stayed in the hotel for straight 35 nights (over a month) in this hotel, which itself is testimony to the fact that I liked so many things about this hotel. The location is excellent as it is bang opposite to Addison Transit Station (very helpful for those without a car) surrounded with so many great restaurants and a beautiful park, all within walking distances. The room itself was great because it was spacious with large windows, very comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained bath, and efficient, diligent, well-mannered housekeeping staff. They also provide unlimited coffee and drinking water with ice at the lobby 24/7, which is pretty awesome. This review would not be complete if I fail to mention the two outstanding staff "Bridget and Judy" at the front desk. They are so warm, welcoming, conscientious, thoughtful, patient, helpful, and pleasing. You have two winners in them. If you have such great staff managing the reception, you will have customers and guests wanting to come back again and again.

Nothing at all actually except that the washer and dryer were down. And breakfast could be better.

The room was nice, and room service kept it clean for us. The bed was neatly made and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right next to a Walmart, gas station, and Velvet Tacos.

The thermostat and vent in the bathroom didn't work at all. The TV remote couldn't change from regular stations to HDMI, so I could use other devices on the TV. More wall outlets would have been nice, too.

i didn’t have the breakfast, but it smelt fabulous. everything and everyone else was a treat. excellent service to the women running the front desk, and the room service peoples.

dallas traffic. what in the hell do yall deal with day to day? i pray for yalls on the road for real for real.

The property is only minutes away from the doctors office I was having surgery at which made it very convenient to get back and forth if need be. Staff are nice and friendly along with a nice location and clean facility

Breakfast in the morning was a bit lacking, but it may have just been due to something going on at the time.

Good location and can’t beat the price. The ladies at the front desk were friendly.

The water pressure was low and due to there being a gap under my door I heard all of the noise in the hallway. Also the cleaning staff weren’t very friendly. Every time I saw one they just stare at me even if I smiled and said hello. My room was to be cleaned on the 3rd day but that didn’t happen.

Construction on exterior left small pieces of styrofoam all over my rental car in the parking lot. No notification from property to move car. Picture attached shows how much debris was on the car after driving it for 15 mins.

clean room, easy check in, good price. Respectful workers. A good value, good location, and great sit conditioning.

Breakfast is included, but don't expect a 3 star breakfast. It wasn't that good. furniture is a little old, but still functional. Snack bar was lacking selection. chips and soda and water pretty much.
