We stayed at the hotel for a few days, and overall, our experience was positive. The place was clean, the rooms were tidy, and the beds were very comfortable, which ensured a good rest. The free parking was a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about the car. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioner in the room didn't maintain the heat properly, and it was a bit chilly, so we had to use an extra blanket. It would be great if the heating or air conditioning system could be upgraded. As for the breakfast, it was quite simple and repetitive. It would be nice if the variety were expanded, offering more options. Overall, the hotel is good, but there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

Room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, appreciated the fridge and separate seating area with swivel TV, did not smell like animals for being pet friendly, plenty of seating for breakfast, and staff was very friendly and helpful — even lending us an HDMI cable when my daughter forgot hers.

Man who checked us in told me incorrect times for breakfast so I missed it on Monday (he said Sun 7-10, M 6:30-9:30 but it was gone when I arrived at 9:10); never saw any advertised restaurant or bar (which I was really looking forward to)!! If it was the tiny area in the lobby, it is apparently shuttered because no one was there working and there was no food or drink in sight. Ice maker not working on our floor. Very limited TV channels. No mention of room service, as advertised.

Interior design. Cleanliness. Attentive staff (front desk). Everyone was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options like cereal, to oatmeal, waffles, boiled eggs, bacon, bagels, eggs, potatoes. Dining area was spacious, too. I loved everything. It was a WHOLE VIBE and I'd love to stay there again for another business trip out that way. ♡

The eggs served at breakfast. They are not sufficiently warmed while being left in an open top pot. Not only are they cold, they also have an odd taste. Guests with animals are not picking up after their furry friends. Dog feces allowed to remain on east elevation sidewalk for days..

We enjoyed the stay. Room was spacious and breakfast was really good. It had many options - roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, coffee, fruits, juices, muffins, variety of cereals. Really loved the stay!

Rest room could have been little big and beds were not able to accommodate 2 people. Could have been wider, not able to belief it was queen beds.

There was a good assortment: hot and cold and I enjoyed being able to have a chai tea latte with my breakfast. The cost was excellent for the tea. The staff were also excellent. Drae connected with my grandson who is on the autism spectrum. He showed Tyler what it was like to share with others. Shannon was fabulous. Always available and caring. My last day there I was really feeling awful with allergies and had a very sore throat. Shannon had cough drops and shared with me. This was my second stay with my grandson. It just feels like home. Very warm and welcoming.

Only one day, we had difficulty finding a place to sit for breakfast because there were four buses of students there. there was a long line for breakfast. It moved quickly, so not a real problem. The one staff gave me my chai tea for free and apologized for the wait. That was so kind. My grandson likes to build forts, so in our room he squeezed between the wall and couch, a nice hiding place too. When I saw the carpet, it was filthy, so made him come out of the area. The room cleaners need to do better with cleaning in the nooks and crannies.

The hotel overall was very clean and pleasing to the eye. The elevator was a bit shaky, but I wasn't fearing for my life. Our hotel room was nice and roomy! The small living space had a nice couch to sit and socialize, the beds were very comfy.

My biggest complaint is that the breakfast was awful. I'm usually not one to complain about free food, but if I'm paying for a full hotel experience, please give a decent breakfast. Besides that, the bathroom was a bit dirty on the floor, but nothing to throw a tantrum over.

This time, we chose to stay outside the city and travel by car. The hotel is in a very nice location, with free parking right in front. The bathtub in the room was a wonderful surprise!

No bad experience here

Great hotel, the accomodations and bathroom were really nice and clean. The wifi was fast. The breakfast was good, there were pancakes, bacon, eggs, different types of tea and coffee. But what I really enjoyed was the staff, they were super friendly, helpful and caring.

The friendly staff, excellent location, and our room was clean and spacious.

They lobby had a pet odor; especially in the morning on our way to breakfast.
