From the time we walked into the hotel, everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They explained all that was available services and ask if they could do anything to make our more comfortable. Smooth and quick check in and out. Cleaning staff and room services were excellent. Rooms kept clean and well maintained. Also, everything from food and shopping is available all in one place due to the galleria mall attached to most floors of the hotel. Also, the hotel it self had it's own restaurant and bar and pool and gym with easy access.. We are so happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you 😊 from the Mendoza family!

Convenient to where we wanted to be.

Staff not quite responsive when issues were pointed out. We told the front desk for 2 days there was no soap in the public area restrooms and they simply said they were aware. Responsive would have been buying a couple of bottles of hand soap and placing them in the bathrooms until the situation was resolved. Staff at the front bar who were selling Starbucks code in the lobby had no idea how to make or serve the coffee.

Location, location, location. Convenience. A time saver. Girls can go shopping while husband stays at the gym. Family can take a break at the pool together. The elegance. Everyone is very respectful. Allowed us to stay past check out without making a fuss.

If I have to say something, the bath door is glass, so each time anyone in the family uses it at night, the light is visible by all. It is elegant and peculiar, but would rather have a solid door. A problem if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful. Lots of places nearby. Room was spacious.

We had asked for a crib when set the reservation. Didn't think to mention is when we arrived at 9 at night and by 10 called and asked for the bed. Called to check on it 2 more time 30 min later and 11pm. We fell asleep but the baby had found her way off the bed and fell. She cried for a while and luckily she was not to hurt. Just frustrated.

Very good breakfast, great Club lounge and excellent location Housekeeping has room for improvement but overall nice Hotel.

I have been going to this Hotel every year for the last 30 years and yet NO recognition Of a Welcome back… very disappointing.

The fact that is located in the Galleria, located off the toll road and close to good restaurants.

The parking is minimal and valet is too expensive. The second floor bar and restaurant is way too small and very loud.

The room was wonderful with an incredibly comfortable bed. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and lovely. Parking was offered for a charge but the staff also made it easy for us to find free parking. The view was of the highway but up high, with the big picture window, and window seat, it was fun to look out on the intricacies of the area.

There is not one thing I could say here.

The location is great. It’s connected to the Galleria mall so that’s nice plus we dined at the Oceanaire restaurant. Never had to leave. After you’ve been driving all day, this is a real treat.

Didn't have the breakfast, but the location was phenomenal. We love just walking out into the Galleria mall. I enjoy a morning workout, and their gym is amazing!

the executive suite was very spacious, can be devided into two distinct sections. Roomy. The mall is connected to the hotel. Everything was clean.
