From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Rashandra Park at the front desk, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient with me while I dealt with an issue I had with the third-party company I booked the room through. I got it resolved, and she had a smile the entire time. It was also extremely busy with other people checking in, and she still took time to get me checked in with ease. Excellent job, Rashandra! Thanks for the great service! I'll definitely be back!

Nothing at all

I like the location and surrounds. friendship of personal and overall cleanliness, and Bed sizes. elevators amount was enough and Ice Making Machine was also convenient.

The amount of towels on the pool was several time insufficient. and cleanliness of the pool was not great however was also too windy. so is comprehensive. but maintenance could be improved since some things looks rusty. Also on the Room several points were already wasted on a way that could be improved.

Bed comfort; shower comfort; clean, environmental/climate control excellent.

Not finding out until check-in that self-parking on premises is additional and not paid to hotel, but to parking company. To make matters more complicated, the app didn’t work. I’m unsure whether it was charged by the hotel or not.

Firstly it's location. Very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean and so was the bedroom and bathroom. The amenities provided in the bathroom were really nice. As for the staff, extremely friendly and very polite and helpful.

Would have liked it if there was another phone near the bed instead of just one at the table. But no complaints, just a suggestion.

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Main area was clean, inviting.

Pillows flat & lumpy. Bathroom door should be replaced. Difficulty in adjusting water temp in tub. Bathroom fan needs to be caulked. Carpet is worn.

Loved the club lounge, breakfast was good, not overly fancy but good for a family.

The pool was very crowded with a lot of kids when we visited, some were very rowdy. We ended up doing other things but it might be nice to have staff at the pool to keep an eye on things

Its location suited us well. We did have a car. Easy to find and easy to park. Secure parking was around $20 a night.

The staff was great and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I would like to have had more breakfast buffet choices. I didn't like having to go through another company to pay for parking.

Being on the 13 teen floor and enjoy the lights at night. Also the friendly Guy that check me in. The light in the parking lot and the safety of our truck.

The weed smell when we walk in the rear back doorway. The bar being closed on the weekend. The old guy that check me out at the front.

Room was clean

When I checked in they said they could see my reservation but that they couldn’t check me in because they couldn’t fully see my reservation so I waited 20 minutes for them to be able to check me in and find my information on their system
