Nice open lobby. Buffet breakfast was fine except egg dishes weren’t to my liking. Access to property is through surrounding construction so not very attractive. Turned out to be great stay for eclipse as we were near a nature preserve. Overall fine stay and rating of location is probably function of why you are in Dallas and where you need to be. Hotel is close to a great restaurant for dinner: Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill. Highly recommend it.

very noisy. you can hear every conversation, step and stomp, not to mention the cleaning staff slamming every door closed after leaving the room. at all hours.

Wow! Loved the secluded entrance & the pool being surrounded by the hotel itself and not out in the open. The lobby is super modern and loved the open floor plan. Also, it was CLEAN! I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable. We have 3 kids between 2 & 7 and we all absolutely enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect for the kids. All in all, we will for sure be back.

Parking is a bit tuff, but nothing that is unmanageable. Also, we could smell a strong presence of some illegal substances in the hall at one point, where my oldest asked why it smelled like skunk…

Location was awesome! I didnt have the opportunity to get breakfast and the bar at night was very chill and a great vibe with great food! Kaelin and Paul made lasting impressions on me and my family! Really great hires!

The rooms could have been slightly cleaner. There was hair in my bed and I have a slight touch of trichophobia. Also, the toilet clogged twice during my stand and around the sink was unclean.

The location . The staff who checked us in ( Hilary) was not welcoming and when I asked about recommendations maybe she knew she told me to find it in Google. Did not tell us about hotel amenities , check out time.The property manager who I spoke to the following morning was very professional.

It was absolutely beautiful and centrally located so that we didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted/needed. Also the parking garage being connected to the building so you could just go straight into it was super convenient!

We had issues with our air conditioning not letting NB us adjust it from 72 degrees the whole stay. Also, if you have an event to go to I would bring a ring light or something because the lighting is HORRIBLE around any mirrors in the room.

The location was good. The beds were so comfortable.

There was no views of the city. All we could see was the side of the building next to us. The house keeper walked into the room 1 hr before check out. She knocked twice then walked in without permission.

The hotelroom door had big gaps at the bottom, so you could here the neighboughs loud and clear. The lady at the reception was a bit arrogant and not very friendly.

1. The bar and restaurant do not open until 5pm daily. This is crazy because what do you eat during the other hours? 2. The cleanliness at the pool was subpar. The chairs are falling apart and there’s trash in the bushes. I stayed for 3 days and saw the trash from day 1 - day 3
