Room smell like chemical cleaners

The suite was comfortable.

Everyone is nice at the reception except the 2 persons when I arrived. Most hotels check in is around 2 pm. I arrived around 2:45 to check in , they refused to check me in, before 4 pm, I had to sit for 1:15 in front of them , rooms were all cleaned, cleaning crew were gone, they had no customer service skills. So disappointing.

Spacious room (we had a handicapped room) with kitchenette.

Humid smell in room. Handicapped room was not really barrier free (including floors). Staff was very limited in their guest interaction and only said the absolute necessary to get their job done.

I really liked the girl at the reception. She is Venezuelan and very kind and helpful. She is always asking if everything is okay and if you need anything. Whenever I go to this hotel, I ask for her because she is the one who serves me the best.

Early checkin fee, late check out fee, nightly parking fee, just a lot of fees …plus the tv/clock didn’t work in my room

Plenty of parking. Large room suite. Located within a ten minute drive of a number of good restaurants.

We planned to use the laundry but you needed a US phone number to use the app to pay. The receptionist kindly used her app and we paid her back.

you guy services is excellent. your receptionist were superb. i gat a room and facilities works well and the rooms were affordable

damages fee of 100 usd that was deducted and to be refunded between 4 to 7 working day.

The location, the price, the space, the employees. The elevator went out the first night to the 3 rd floor but by the time I woke up and reported it to the front desk, they already had someone out and fixed it.

The room is quiet, spacious, has a kitchenette, long table area, plenty of storage areas, TV, reading chair etc. Such thoughtfulness was put into this hotel. Everything is provided that a person might need and if not, they probably have it at the front desk! Everything is indoors including the free laundry and gym. I occasionally run into other guests in the laundry or gym area and everyone has been respectable and friendly. The staff is friendly and hospitable.

Stay not long enough!

I liked the room suite style,comfort of the bed, availability of shower products nice large comfortable towels the rooms are very clean the ac/heat unit worked very well and quiet the clerk who checked me in was very polite and helpful
