I love the location. Seems safe enough for a mother/daughter to stay.

A lot of things in the room were broken. The phone and clock radio in the room were both broken. A towel bar would come out of the fixture on one side of the wall. The rack the iron was hanging in was the same way as the towel bar. All of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers were totally empty. The cover over the key card on the outside of the door was taped to the door with electrical tape. Some of the plugs didn’t work, and the coffee machine was cheap. Bed was lumpy. Hot tub was out of order for at least four days.

The breakfast was ok needed another waffle maker so guest wouldn't have to wait so long and a more breakfast choices or add home style potatoes if it's not too much but I enjoyed it the bacon and eggs was great sausage I couldn't eat but my significant other enjoyed it 😄.

The heavy door's to our room was hard for me to open,the room we reserved smelled like cigarettes and toilet was too low but the front desk person searched for a handicap room to suit out stay due to me having knee surgery I needed a shower and a toilet a little bit taller and a side bar to lift up and down made sure our stay was great 😃👍

Indoor pool and hot tub, on site free breakfast, very comfortable beds! Do definitely get your money’s worth, it was an incredible value and I felt safe the entire time. Also there was plenty of free parking! I was worried about bugs and bad breakfast based on other reviews but I saw no bugs at all, the hotel was quiet, our stay was great and the food was delicious!

The hotel is a little dated, but I think considering what you are paying, it was excellent! I would have loved another fresh fruit option at breakfast, but that’s just personal preference. The deadbolt lock stuck on the door a few times so I had to manually make sure the door closed each time.

first off i loved the area. it was surrounded by by trees nice apartments and just an amazing vibe. Getting to the hotel itself, the front desk was quick and polite no issues with checkin. The rooms were clean and beds comfy! i didn’t get a chance to hit the pool but from what i seen both the pool and hot tub were working and clean! They have refreshments and certain foods in the lobby, and they do provide decent breakfast! i will be staying there again.

My only issue was with the tub. Not necessarily deal breaker for most but mine had rust i just have a thing about rusty tubs. no biggie just laid down a mat. also there were kids running up and down at night thru out my stay but nonetheless still slept pretty good!

From desk employees were super nice and helpful. They welcome us so kindly. The jacuzzi was spectacular. We got to relax and decompress. The swimming pool was warm and clean. The room was super clean. New cabinets and lamps. Lamps have plug to charge phones and Apple Watch. Lighting of the room very modern. Bathroom super clean and comfortable. The bathroom has shampoo and conditioner as well as that with bathroom sink. View was very calming and relax with all trees around. Breakfast has the best waffles with the Texas toast map. Good coffee, eggs and orange juice. I felt so relax and happy in this hotel. I am definitely coming back to this hotel. My husband and me enjoyed staying here.

The staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!! They were so attentive to everything that I needed. Even when I didn't need anything, they touched base with me. Thank you so much for making a great stay!

The only thing I didn't like ... Was the Dallas traffic. But, as far as the hotel .. there is nothing I can say that was bad. , The cleaning staff especially took care of everything. They made sure that everything in my room was cleaned and ready for me everyday!

The location is perfect ! All local eateries around and down the road from the galleria , which is convenient, the pool is outdated but sparkling clean, although the hotel is run more like a family hotel, not a franchise, there’s a large park within walking distance

The hallways can get a bit grubby but the housecleaning staff are amazing at making the best of the facilities

The staff was kind and the lady who made the breakfast each day was AMAZING! They were so polite during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The front staff was helpful with local knowledge and made our stay very enjoyable.

Only thing that was sad was that the hot tub didn't work, but I would gladly stay here again regardless!!

I had stayed here previously and I like the location. I feel that it is in the center of where you really want to go. Breakfast there could be more variety but other than that all else was great.

That there were guest that allowed their kids run the hall not showing any respect for other guest. Some of their snacks are overly priced but other than that it is a good place to stay

I liked that it’s kinda hidden and it’s in a nice corner spot. The staff are really nice , helpful and resourceful.

Everything it’s good the only the I didn’t liked it’s people smoking weed in the room which It clearly reaches to other rooms. And maybe the hallways carpets not being cleaned just need some cleaning work. Other than that everything has been good.
