Good location for shopping and food nearby. Simone on reception was an absolute diamond , so happy and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The ironically named "Happy hour" with limited drinks served in disposable plastic cups by miserable staff and a very poor snack selection. Also this is the first hotel that I have had to pay for parking in, which was far more expensive than expected at $50 for 2 nights. Having stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years not at all what it used to be unfortunately.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when questions were asked. Customer Service was a plus.

On the evening of arrival I checked in was advised to make sure I took care of parking payment no later than 10pm . In the process of me checking in , unloading the car , waiting on my spouse to arrive so I can register both vehicles in which all took place by 8:30 pm I already received a parking ticket. Fast forward I paid the ticket no problem the following day Friday evening get to my vehicle before 8:30 pm to go out for the evening there is another parking ticket on the car . Give people a chance to get the evening going and started before you start ticketing vehicles.

Everything was very good from staff, room, drinks to breakfast. We got two free tickets drinks at the bar each day we stayed. The room was very nice and comfortable like a mini suite.

The pool and hot tube had to much chorine in it, which made it look green and out dated. We did get in the hot tube but didn't stay in long because my guy started having an allergic reaction.

We always love staying at Embassy suites, and the staff member Symone was THE NICEST property staff we’ve ever encountered!! She was seriously always so upbeat and made you feel like family! Food was great too! Guy that made the omelets was so kind and friendly!

Dated and had improvements in foyer that looked like they started months ago and have never finished. Missed not having bacon on breakfast bar!

Very quiet and clean. The hot tub was actually working which was great whilst playing with kids at the pool, which was also warm enough. The hotel wasn’t packed with competition teams which I’ve found at most Embassy Suite hotels. It was right off a main thoroughfare and is perfect for a stay with the grandkids.

I can’t think of anything except no bacon on the breakfast bar. My grandson asked the cook though and brought a plate.

It was comfortable and quiet. Staff was nice especially the bartender. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

I called in the morning to request an early check-in. I was told everything was set up and ready to go for early check-in. I got to the hotel and was told no rooms were available. We were accommodated but had to change our room. The room smelled musty and not pleasant.

I like that the rooms are very spacious. I like that the breakfast had a good variety. I like the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing.

I would like for there to be a nightlight in the bathroom. I would like to have more towels in the room. I do not like paying for parking and I think that if a customer choose to stay at a hotel that it should be a courtesy to the customer for choosing to visit.

Location was excellent close to everything we needed and easy travel to get in and out of. Breakfast was excellent the cook and waitress were so nice.

The air conditioning system did not work great. My room was located above the laundry area and the ac could not cool off our room at all. And maintaince was called to look at it and he said there's nothing he could do.

Hotel lobby area was being renovated, so lot of noise and dust. Also the hotel is an area where you need a car for almost anything. Expensive parking.

Noise of the elevators in the lobby. I had to use the business space and the sound was very distracting during calls and while I was working.
