Overall, the hotel seemed reasonably clean during our stay. There were a few minor areas that could use some extra attention, but nothing too concerning. I appreciated the effort the staff put into keeping the place tidy. Perhaps a slightly more detailed cleaning routine in certain spots would be beneficial. I would still consider staying here again in the future.

I had requested a crib for my one-year-old son prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, the crib was not in our room when we checked in, which was a bit disappointing. I politely brought it to the attention of the staff, but there is no crib in the entire time we stayed here. Hopefully, they can improve on this aspect for future guests. I appreciate the effort they put into breakfast; it was quite tasty. However, I noticed that the choices were a bit restricted compared to other places. It would be wonderful if they could broaden the menu with more options. Perhaps adding a few more hot dishes would be a great improvement. Overall, though, I still enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel looked new on the inside. It was clean and it smelled great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to all guests. There are tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is very convenient. I stayed there for 3 days for a conference and I already told them I'd be back next year.

I didn't like my turkey sausage in water? Not sure how they cooked it, but it lacked flavor. The breakfast itself was good, and I enjoyed the coffee.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Came to Dallas for a concert and didn’t want to stay downtown so we chose this location and it was the best decision I made. So many food options close by and with a Walmart practically next door for last minute shopping. Front desk was very nice both at check in and check out and the breakfast was great!! We’ll be back in two months for another concert and for every trip in the future!! I highly recommend!!

The breakfast is so good, but they could have more options daily, for example one day scramble eggs, other day omelett, other day chilaquiles, and so on. But in general the breakfast is good, healthy and enogh.

I guess the only think that may could be better are the hours to have breakfast availability increase one hour (10:30 instead 9:30). But in general just this thing is the one that maybe could be better.

We were so busy and tired that we didn't get to experience the breakfast. But it certainly smelled good. It was very nice and clean. We all brought our essentials but I like that the bathroom was stocked just in case. The ice machine was also amazing.

This has nothing to do with the staff. Most likely their system but I haven't gotten back my $50 deposit and were going on a month from out trip.

It was a great location, you literally have everything you can possibly need around the hotel by just walking. The Hotel itself was ALWAYS very clean, clean pool, clean lobby, clean elevators, it was just overall perfectly taken care of. I was surprised how they always had free snacks throughout the day in the lobby, how friendly staff were, and the pool was very clean, a little too small tho.

I didn’t like the dining room but I hope it gets remodeled. It mentions it has a good gym and it doesn’t its a very reduced space and only 4 machines.

The breakfast was good and area was good ; can't wait to see what the area you all is remodeling looks like when finished ,when I come back there . Also add grits to the menu : regular and cheese

The pool area , needs some kind of water heating devise also the area needs heat in the room ,not much but atleast keep the pool area at 75° room temperature durning the cold days only so the guests will be able to enjoy the pool and during the summer pool room cool at 73° pool water cold then , it will bring more business and keep alot more business , having your rooms running out , filled up ....!!!

staff very nice. I requested a room with two beds but they only had king left so I appreciated the discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience. bed was very comfortable, not a bad drive to downtown and nice to have free parking and free breakfast included opposed to staying downtown and paying much higher rate plus having to pay for parking and breakfast

no waffles. I haven't stayed at a hotel in a very long time that didn't have a waffle maker

Very secure hotel with a fenced and well lit parking lot. Carefully prepared hot and cold breakfast options overseen by Jose an excellent host. Every hotel staff member I have met at this pleasant location has been very helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable. The interior of the hotel looks and smells like new. We enjoy staying at this well run conveniently located hotel.

Easy to get to and staff was welcoming.

A few things with our room. 1) Walls in bathroom were dirty. Looked like makeup stains. 2) Something really nasty was on the wall by the bed. We used a cloth to knock it down. It looks like a giant chunk of hair and dirt mixed. 3) The bathtub wouldn’t drain so we all stood in each other’s water to shower. Nasty.
