I love that it was clean the room smell fresh, and the bathrooms were really clean and equipped with several towels

The only thing I would say is that I didn’t like that housekeeping came to my door that morning and my check out Time wasn’t till 11. I feel like for the ones who are checking out that day. They should wait until they check out to go to that room it was really early. Lol but I actually love my stay and would recommend this to everyone I know.

Room is clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are very nice. Nice towels, and well supplied. A/C isn't cooling very well, needs service. Shower needs service as well. The lever to turn on the shower is broken and barely works. Overall our stay was nice, and the price was reasonable.

The gentleman cleaning up & stocking breakfast was delightful. He didn't say a word, but he whistled the entire time. He must enjoy his work.

The check in clerk hardly looked up at us. No pleasant greeting or kind words.

Great value in all aspects. Front desk member was "in training" but walked our check-in effortlessly. Room, lobby, and grounds were clean and maintained very well.

Little minor things that really didn't effect our stay.

The location was near the venue we were meeting. The quietness of the area. Easy access to freeway.

The shower head was difficult to adjust.

The location was convenient for our team showcase, our room was very clean, absolutely loved the employees and the lady who was over the breakfast area was immensely welcoming and very sweet. Angel at the front desk, was AWESOME and very accommodating.

The police banging on our door and or our neighboring door, in the middle of the or early morning, for God only knows what. it was a very scary moment to be abruptly awakened to.

Very nice staff

Couldn’t get out the side door late /early morning to catch my flight. Had to drag my suitcase through the front door and around the building to my car

The front desk guy was not friendly my request was not honored for first floor room handicap booked thur Book in .com one of the doors didn't work leading from parking lot.

Room was clean, bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked with towels. The bed was very comfortable. If you put anything in the fridge don't turn it on high like I did or everything will be frozen the next morning.

The only inconvenience was you have to go to the front desk to get ice. I don't know how the breakfast was by the time I went down at 9am there wasn't anything left except cold sausages.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the weight room, and the hospitality and food at breakfast.
