Shower was nice. Room was clean. check in and check out easy.

king size bed was comfortable. but, pillows were too small should have at least queen size pillows - 4 two fluffier and then two a little softer . 4 very puffy very small pillows didn't work for either of us. And sister and her husband , traveling with us , but in a different room, agreed. Little thing but would have helped. No hand/body lotion available. Only 2 very thin facial tissues in our bathroom. FIRE ALARM DRILL at 9 a.m. -- maybe 10 or 11 or 12 or 1 pm would be better!! And no communication before, during, or after! Breakfast on Tuesday was terrible. went at 8:20 and out of almost everything and all bread and pastry things were dried up.

My husband and I had driven 1337 miles (20 hrs from Virginia to Alvarado, TX) to purchase an RV. We booked a hotel room at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham located at 1165 US-67, Alvarado, TX. Upon entering the premises, I was greeted by a young lady (the desk clerk) by the name of Melissa. Ms. Melissa is truly a lady with a "WINNING" personality. She made sure that my husband and I, along with our pets were as comfortable as possible. She went above and beyond exhibiting "Southern hospitality." This young lady is what customer service is all about; she should be promoted and given a nice raise. Melissa, an RV owner herself was also able to give my husband and me a voluminous amount of tips, as we are new to the RVing world. Additionally, our room was clean, nice, and spacious, and breakfast which was offered had a wide variety of food. If we're ever in Alvarado, TX again and Ms. Melissa is still there, I will be staying here again. Thank you, La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham and Ms. Melissa.

The location was right off the interstate. Very easy to get to. The hotel was centrally located with many amenities within walking distance. The hotel staff were very super nice and very polite. If we had a problem, the staff was quick to resolve.

There was nothing that I did not like. I wish the hotel would put more than 2 face towels in the room. Normally people bathe with one towel and the next morning you need something to wash your face with.

Staff was helpful and kind. Met me at the door pretty much and upgraded my room and got me a downstairs room all for 10 dollars more with tax. That's hard to beat nowadays. Room was super clean and at a pleasant temperature when I entered.. the bed was a lil high up but doable. Price point was kinda high out the door at. 136..but it. Was clean respectable and quiet with helpful staff. You get what you pay for, so it's hard to complain. It's when you pay a higher price point and room is dirty and staff not helpful, thats the norm these days. But not this place and it's less than a mile for 35n and 67w.

Was. Great until our room key failed because of dead battery. Was told by reception someone was coming to replace it, then neglected to tell us when it it was and had to spend over an hour by the pool laying on a hot, hard chaise trying to get some rest as I needed to be at work at three am that night. P

I enjoyed having the jacuzzi in the room. The large king bed was comfortable. We were able to park close to our room.

The pool/hot tub had so much chlorine in it, it was green. Didn’t use it at all. There was a group of men smoking pot by the pool so we wouldn’t have enjoyed it anyway. The pillows were also small and very flat.

Smelled and looked clean in lobby area and also the room. No hair anywhere!

Room 217 bed was too hard and sheets old and torn with an unusual metal clang when getting off left side of bed closest to window. Room 204 bed had a sunken middle and made it hard for mom and baby to sleep safely

Love La Quinta! Always look for this property on all my traveling needs. Always has a friendly staff and is always clean.

The a/c was noisy, room 317 it would rattle every time it turned on and continue the entire time it was on.

Clean, very easy express check-in, water pressure was great (very important to me) lots of restaurants near by

Breakfast all put away by 9:15am on a Sunday; seems a bit early! But we rather have good water.pressure 😉

The breakfast was very slim. There was nothing hot except the coffee. No eggs, just a bagel? I was disappointed in the breakfast as it was touted as a "full breakfast".

Definitely improve on your breakfast. The bed was pretty hard for me too.
