Manager was very helpful and nice.

The room was ok other than the whole floor was covered with dog hair. We found out after walking in our socks. YUCK!! We also heard a dog barking on our floor one of the evenings we were there. My husband went to telll the cleaning lady to vacuum our floor after we left for the day. She did, just not completely. I did not sleep under the covers, I used my own blanket. The water also had a very bad smell. We bathed in it, just used our bottled water to brush our teeth. Breakfast was OK. We'll look for other accommodations next time.

The only issue I had with this property was with room 112. The door did not function right. The door would shut it would not lock on its own. You would have to lift the door handle up with a lot of strength to lock it. As if the door had fallen lower on its hinges and needed a boost up. Then when you would get ready to use your key card to unlock your door from the outside you would have to lift up on the handle instead of push down. It was a little distressing.

Great location, just down the road from an event we were attending. Staff was very friendly. Hotel looked brand new, but learned they had just been bought by Wyndam and completely remodeled. Typical hotel breakfast but was hot and fresh with real eggs , not the powdered ones.

I think the only negative was that the pool and hot tub were closed, they wouldnt even let us sit out by the pool. Claimed someone they had let out there had gotten in the pool , so they closed it to everyone. It was cold outside and Im sure that pool was cold as well, I told the lady we're two grown men and there was no way we were getting in that pool. We just wanted to enjoy an adult beverage and a cigar. There were two youth baseball teams and a jr golf team staying there as well, so MAYBE they didnt want them to see us out there and have to deal with them wanting to as well. IDK, but having to stand in the parking lot to enjoy ourselves was kinda a bummer.

I look for 4 things when I’m booking: Location: the location was excellent! Pet Friendly: this was definitely that! Price: the price was very good!

The 4th thing is laundry facility… This hotel advertises guest laundry. When we got there, we were told the washer wasn’t working and were given the option for the front desk person to do our laundry. Who wants a stranger to wash your underwear? If guest laundry is advertised and yours isn’t working… get a repair person out ASAP and let your guest know when it will be ready for use.

We arrived in a terrible storm, The lady at the front desk was absolutely incredible! she was so helpful and wonderful and the best thing was Funny! she was great and we always enjoyed stopping by to say Hi in and out from our horse show. My husband broke the shower head the first morning there and the staff was right on top of it, our travel companions had a plumbing issue but again we left for the day and the staff was on top of it. You can have the best most luxury facility but if your staff is not up to par its just a pretty building. The staff here made this stay and facility a relaxing clean comfortable palace. 10/10 I will stay here again and recommend it highly!

Nothing, I mean everything was perfect! I literally have stayed all over the country in some high end to shady life questioning places and this was the best stay with no problems that the amazing staff couldn't handle in a flash.

Breakfast was good and having a Texas shaped waffle maker was a nice touch. The pool are was nice and had a big pool and 2 smaller hot tubs. It was nice that they had extra towels to use by the pool area so we didn’t t have to take any from our room or use our own towels.

It could have been a bit cleaner overall, but it was decent. We did find a big spider in our hotel room which was scary. There was a strange smell in the hallway of our room floor. It smelled like BO.

Michelle, who greeted me at the desk, informed me of the room she had me in, which was really what I wanted or expected. She was wonderful in getting us an upgrade. She was pleasant in her personality and professional at her job. I would love to go back and see her again for our needs.

There was nothing about our stay that I didn't like. It was clean, peaceful, and just terrific.

Traveling with 4 minors you want the best breakfast available. There was a variety of items, waffles. eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices 👍. The rooms are spacious and bedding is good.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was the microwave. We tried popping popcorn and it was not functioning right...

It was clean for the most part. Few stains here and there. Breakfast was ok, wasn't the greatest, but im not a fan of hotel breakfast. Only 1 elevator tho. Front desk clerks were nice for the most parts. Cash or venmo only for snacks and drinks and stuff in store, kinda dumb. Would stay here again.

The complementary breakfast. There were not a lot of choices, eggs/sausage. Bread for toast, couple muffins. No milk for cereal, no more batter for waffles. Only orange juice, water and coffee for drinks. It seemed like there weren't a lot of options, especially for dairy free visitors, not even refilling what was already gone for those who were coming down at different times.
