I've been to many Holiday Inns, all over the world, but this was my favourite of them all! When you walk into the reception, immediately met by friendly staff. A nice little easy chair area with free water for customers and their guests; and a well stocked drinks machine plus a very well stocked food section with everything from snacks to microwave meals. The breakfast area nicely laid out for a small to medium sized hotel. That area becomes a communal one the rest of the day, with families playing games around the tables. There's a pool too. Rooms were good, VERY comfortable beds, everything clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way for anything me or my family asked for, including utensils for soup and ready meals in the room. We felt very much at home here and were sad not to have been able to stay longer. There's a great Mexican restaurant in town, just a short drive away, and a supermarket just along from the hotel. Cleburne is reasonably close to Fort Worth and Dallas.

Nothing really. Possibly, that Cleburne is a little out of the way, but we were there for a specific reason (the total eclipse) so may otherwise not have stayed - but are glad we did.

The hotel was clean. The staff members were all professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. It was in a safe neighborhood and the parking lot was well lit at night time. The blackout curtains were an excellent addition, compared to standard curtains in most hotels.

There were no hand rails in the shower. I had to lean on the washcloth rods, which were attached to the glass shower door, to balance and support myself while washing my lower legs and my feet. I'm old, and I need support when I'm balancing on one foot in the shower. It was a very dangerous situation. I'm glad the glass doors didn't break under my weight. Bad situation and bad design.

It was great to get up early and have some breakfast and coffee. Location is in a very nice location not to far from town but away from traffic, peaceful at night.

All is a wonderful place to stay. Nothing I didn't like.

The heated pool area for a pool party. Breakfast for hungry kids Amazing bedding Mirror in bathroom. Lol my eyes looked so BLUE.

The bed is too high... short people have difficulty getting on the bed. I had to run and jump and grab the top covers to drag myself. I am 66. Quite a site. Seriously this was an issue. Perhaps a small step stool could be added to the room. But once in the bed it was superb.

Just a great overall experience!! Super friendly, very accommodating, great coffee, had a really good experience.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

The breakfast was outstanding! We stayed at 4 other hotels this summer and Holiday Inn Express had the most food options and the best quality. I had eggs, an egg/cheese omelet, biscuits, gravy, muffins. I'm a big guy and I eat a lot. The staff helping with breakfast was great! Angela was extremely helpful and very nice/friendly. She quickly became our best friend in the mornings! We looked forward to breakfast every morning.

I prefer waffles over pancakes. At least put both in.

Rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was out standing. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were nice and cool. I'd stay there again

The hotel staff is friendly, and the hotel well maintained. The showers have the best water pressure, could have stay in all day.

The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Hot coffee was always available.

The breakfast was not all the good. The biscuits were over cooked. The eggs, oatmeal and omelettes were cold. We have stayed there several times in the past and the breakfast was amazing but not this time.

The beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are inside. I also like check out at noon!

It was difficult to find counter staff to check in and there were things in the room left behind from previous visitors.
