If I could rate this place 20/10 I would. Theodora is so lovely and made us feel very welcome, like family. The villas are really nice and spacious, especially the family rooms. And the pool is fantastic. The beach is a short 2min walk away, and supermarkets and coffee shops right next door. I can't wait to come back. Thank you Theodora from your new Australian family. Nothing. Everything was exceptional

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was big and comfortable, with nice, big and clean rooms. The living room and kitchen area was good equipped. Every bedroom had its own balcony. The air conditioning was silent so we could use it during the night too with no problem. Cleaning was done every day. The pool was nice with clean water.

The water flow was very low. We had 2 bathrooms but if someone showered in one there was no water for the second one, which was pretty frustrating. The owner said she can’t do anything because the problem is the watering system of the island which is overwhelmed during July and August, due to the big number of tourists.

Very cozy and quiet place. Nice and clean rooms, all necessary stuff is present. The swimming pool has shallow section, which is perfect for kids. Beach is within 150 meters. Perfect view from a window

Wi-Fi signal in the room is poor. Sometimes scooters without exhaust pipes driving by can be annoying

This place is about 25 minutes from Preveza airport. On arrival at the property we were greated and shown to room. Littlenkitchette had everything you need to cook or just make a coffee. TV was nice size Bed was super comfy Bed and room tidy every day which we didn't expect Thank you

Nothing I can think of

The studio was super clean, you could smell it in the air, it was equipped with everything that make you feel like home especially the kitchen. There were new unopened dishwashing sponge and sponge cloth on the sink which we appreciated a lot. The studio was very beautiful, nice decor and quality fabrics, also very quiet both day and night. Also Mrs Theodora was always there to help us with everything .

Property was very tidy and clean. The pool was great and the staff were helpful. Would return!

The shower was occasionally cold but can’t think of anything else.

The host was very accommodating when we asked for 2 separate beds, putting up a camp bed so my sister and I did not have to share. The pool was immaculate. Staff were friendly. Parking available on site.

Lighting in the kitchen area could be improved, maybe with some lights under the cupboards.

Absolutely everything. This is a gem of a find. Exceptionally clean, super friendly just amazing. We wouldn't have changed anything

Nothing it was perfect for us

Villa was very beautiful outside and inside as well. Very nice pool, apartment have really comfortable beds, nice little bathroom and small kitchen with fridge. Balcony was a huge and makes our brekfast time so special. Around villa are a many restaurants, opossite is a beach with a very nice beach club where you can have a meal and drinks with small pool (good for kids), also possible to borow a paddleboards. Theodora and her brother were so beautiful hosts. Thank you for everything. Definetly will come back. :)

The 3 bed apartment was perfect, great location to villa and local shops and the owner/manager was wonderful
